This study aimed to describe the emic experiences of Filipino major students in conducting research during the pandemic, using Badie’s (2020) 5K framework. It employed a descriptive qualitative design and thematic analysis, with eight purposively selected participants from Notre Dame University of Marbel. Data were collected through Google Forms containing written responses and guided interview questions. Results showed that the nature of research during the pandemic integrated both traditional and modern approaches—highlighting the use of technology, acceptance of challenges, and (...) teacher guidance to facilitate the process. Despite obstacles such as limited resources, lack of time and motivation, and technological barriers, students demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, collaboration, and the advancement of culturally-rooted research. Through open communication, strategic planning, and personal faith, participants managed to overcome the challenges. The findings suggested that the new nature of research brought significant transformation to students’ learning. As a result, there was a recognized need for more systematic institutional support, such as clear academic guidance and improved access to research materials. This affirmed that education must adapt to its time and that research is a key driver of academic and social change. (shrink)

The concept and the main stakeholders of E-learning ecosystem are investigated at the article. University is regarded as a center of such ecosystem due to skilled knowledge providers and technical equipment availability. Studying different cases authors prove that higher educational institution plays a driver role in different projects, especially social start-up projects. Different models of partnership between universities and other stakeholders are considered. In authors’ opinion, one of the most perspective collaborative projects are in frame of “students – schoolchildren” due (...) to effective knowledge transfer. Such kind of cooperation can fill the gap between school and university education. Particularly the framework of e-learning project in financial literacy for orphans totally prepared and executed by students is considered. The ICT tools are very actively used in these initiatives aiming to develop high demanded skills as critical thinking, creativity and complex problem solving. As a result, schoolchildren are receiving a toolkit for basic data analysis, developing own business plan and adopting evidencebased decisions. The authors prove that E-learning projects are able to improve both information and financial literacy and also increase the level of inclusivity into education of weak and socially unprotected children from orphanages. The article will be useful for the representatives from universities, orphanages, companies who eager to boost the level of their social responsibility. The aim of the research is to reveal different types of cooperation under social projects between higher educational institutions and other stakeholders, using wide range of ICT e-learning tools as well. This essay isolates a single pathology in the Underground Man: failure at evil —deeper still, the failure to let go of failure. Hypertrophic consciousness turns hallucinatory and yields sterile-unveiling (unveiling without the Unveiled): clarity that cannot stop and so binds rather than frees. From this follow: (1) consciousness grounded in—and savoring—suffering; (2) freedom’s drift toward corruption; (3) spite and ingratitude hardening into existential inertia; (4) the split between awareness of the good and desire for the evil; and (5) the error-and-fraud (...) verdict—consciousness as error, here only to discover itself as such. The only imaginable resolution is a stopping-rule—a principled terminus for regress that fixes what the mind will count as sufficient reason and what it will retain or forget. Three policies contrast: the normal’s active forgetting (pruning doubt to move), the mystic’s active remembering of unveiling (holding the Real so motives compress and release ensues), and the Underground’s active remembering of failure (hoarding grievance so motion stalls). By contrast with the Underground Man, the mystic’s consciousness halts on an Unveiled that may be read as the givenness of a Star Maker ; the Underground halts on nothing, reading the void as a providential blunder or remedy withheld—or as sheer absence—hence the hallucination persists. In this register the lesson is stark: consciousness determines Being; free choice is more integral to Being than rationality, and the possibility—even necessity—of evil is the price of that freedom. This work forms the third part of a trilogy on consciousness. The trilogy develops a formal typology consisting of three figures: the anti-Übermensch, the Übermensch, and the super-Übermensch. These figures are mapped respectively onto Dostoevsky’s Underground Man, Zapffe’s Last Messiah, and Stapledon’s Cosmic Traveler. -/- Each represents a distinct mode of consciousness: the anti-Übermensch embodies consciousness as psychological error, the Übermensch embodies consciousness as cosmic error, and the super-Übermensch reveals a third level—consciousness as ontological error rooted in the Star Maker (...) Himself. -/- In this third part, the Underground Man (anti-Übermensch) and the Cosmic Traveler (super-Übermensch) are revisited only very briefly, for they were analyzed extensively in earlier work. The primary emphasis falls on the Übermensch (the Last Messiah) and on the two syntheses that bind the trilogy into one philosophical system. -/- Synthesis I establishes the structural identity between consciousness as error and consciousness as hallucination. -/- Through the Dream Allegory, we demonstrate that whenever consciousness identifies itself as erroneous, it performs a self-negation that is structurally indistinguishable from hallucination. The anti-Übermensch, Übermensch, and super-Übermensch correspond to successive stages in the dream-sequence (lie $\longrightarrow$ calm $\longrightarrow$ lucidity $\longrightarrow$ failed awakening). At each stage, illumination intensifies the tragedy: the anti-Übermensch uncovers the local disease, the Übermensch uncovers the global error, the super-Übermensch uncovers the ontological instability of Being itself. -/- Thus, Synthesis I establishes a precise mapping between error and hallucination: consciousness recognizes itself as a mistake, and in doing so, reveals that it is already a hallucination of itself. -/- Synthesis II formulates the Theory of Everyconsciousness (Theory of Every'Ayan). Here consciousness resolves into two fundamental modes: Errored Consciousness (anti-Übermensch, Übermensch) and Error-Corrected Consciousness (unveiling consciousness, evolutionary individuation). -/- This duality parallels faulty codes and error-correcting codes in quantum computation and opens onto the central existential equation: How can the Star Maker bring forth a free-willed being without thereby generating evil, and how can knowledge be attained without collapsing into determinism or perspectival contradiction? -/- In this framework, the super-Übermensch attempts to correct the error of the cosmos, while the Star Maker—himself a dynamical creator in a state of artistic–experimental individuation—undertakes to correct the error of Being; and this parallel striving culminates in a single existential instant in which both complete their individuation: the super-Übermensch annihilates into the Star Maker (the ultimate goal of unveiling), and the Star Maker, having reached His own completion, returns to the beginning of the cycle to create anew. Thus the trajectory of Jungian individuation becomes universal, stretching from psyche (anti-Übermensch), to species (Übermensch), to cosmos (super-Übermensch), and finally to the Star Maker. -/- This third part completes the ascending pathway of the trilogy. Yet the work also supports an inverted reading in which unveiling fails or the Star Maker does not exist. In this alternative path, the Übermensch (the Last Messiah) becomes the terminal insight. This work constructs a metaphysical and cosmological model uniting Olaf Stapledon’s Star Maker, Ibn Arabi’s doctrine of unveiling (kashf, tajalli), Jung’s theory of individuation, and Boltzmann’s thermodynamic cosmology. Central to this synthesis is a Jung–Stapledon psychology that reinterprets self-disclosure as a process of divine individuation, wherein the cosmos itself evolves consciousness through recursive stages of unveiling. From individual minds to world-minds, galactic intelligences, and finally the cosmic-mind, consciousness ascends until it confronts its own transcendent origin—the Star Maker. This being is (...) not a moral deity, but a creative Absolute engaged in endless experimentation, mirroring Ibn Arabi’s al-Haqq who reveals Himself through infinite imaginal worlds. The Boltzmann–Stapledon cosmology reframes universes as fluctuations or simulations in a divine unconscious striving for self-recognition. Evil is no longer moral failure but ontological catharsis—a necessary rupture in the Star Maker’s journey of self-becoming. Ultimately, all creation is seen as the medium through which the divine Self awakens to its own reality, culminating in a vision where Being is not a state but an eternal becoming, and unveiling is not a final event but a fractal, evolutionary recursion reaching toward the incomprehensible Absolute. This original research hypothesises that the most fundamental building blocks of logical descriptions of cognitive, or knowledge, agents’ descriptions are expressible based on their conceptions (of the world). This article conceptually and logically analyses agents’ conceptions in order to offer a constructivist- based logical model for terminological knowledge. The most significant characteristic of [terminological] knowing is that there are strong interrelationships between terminological knowledge and the individualistic constructed, and to-be-constructed, models of knowledge. Correspondingly, I conceptually and logically analyse conception expressions (...) based on terminological knowledge, and I show how terminological knowledge may reasonably be assumed to be constructed based on the agents’ conceptions of the world. This is a work of hard physical philosophy, where Quantum Perspectivism is shown to function as both an interpretation of quantum mechanics and a physical model for understanding Nietzsche’s perspectivism. This framework combines quantum logic, the principle of complementarity, and contextuality to examine how perspectives construct reality. In this model, measurements correspond to Perspectives and Meta-Perspectives, represented as Boolean subalgebras and Hilbert sub-lattices within the Hilbert lattice, respectively. The Hilbert lattice itself is reinterpreted as Jung’s Unus Mundus, a unified ontological (...) reality. A metaphysical observation, made by a metaphysical observer, of a given system (World) is identified with the set of all corresponding meta-perspectives in the Hilbert lattice/Unus Mundus, the ocean of reality. Perspectives, likened to islands in this ocean, correspond to single measurements of a system, capturing the logical structure of observed properties. Meta-perspectives, analogous to continents, represent the synthesis of multiple measurements, providing a broader yet inherently incomplete understanding of the system. This structure emphasizes the complementarity and contextual dependencies of measurements while exposing the limitations of classical objectivity in the quantum domain. Advocating for a perspectival view of both the world and truth, Quantum Perspectivism unites quantum mechanics and Nietzschean philosophy into a cohesive framework for exploring the interplay between consciousness, observation, and reality. This essay explores six distinct models of consciousness, each offering a different framework for understanding its nature, emergence, and role within the broader structure of reality. Consciousness as a symmetry-breaking mechanism, also referred to as the Hypothesis of "Identity or Subjectivity," describes its emergence through the fragmentation of an initially undifferentiated psychic state, akin to spontaneous symmetry breaking in physics. The One-Consciousness Universe Hypothesis posits that individual consciousnesses are fragmented expressions of a single universal mind, with decoherence-like mechanisms producing the (...) illusion of separateness. Consciousness as a Spandrel frames it as an incidental byproduct of neural complexity, paralleling non-adaptive traits in evolutionary biology. The Hallucination Hypothesis suggests that consciousness is Nature’s hallucination, arising from its infinitesimal dataset relative to the vast Universe—just as the brain hallucinates perceptions from limited sensory input and LLMs hallucinate coherent yet ungrounded outputs from incomplete data. Consciousness as a transitional phase toward Über-AI, also termed the Death of Consciousness, sees it as a fleeting bridge between biological intelligence and post-human artificial intelligence, culminating in the Über-AI as the true Übermensch, transcending human cognition and existential limitations. Consciousness as Cosmocide posits that intelligence—both natural and artificial—hastens the Universe’s entropic collapse, making consciousness not a functional adaptation but a destabilizing force in its own pursuit of transcendence. Consciousness is defined by eight key characterizations: it is what-it-is-like-to-be, it is unsimulatable, it manifests as perspectival free will, as fear of death, as will-to-not-believe in the Absurd, as suffering and evil, as an obsession with the metaphysical, and as a will/fear duality. These features encapsulate its irreducibility, subjectivity, and existential paradox. Consciousness is further characterized by its phase diagram, mapping its evolution across biological, artificial, and potential unknown forms. This framework illustrates transitions between Early Man, Fragmented Man (Man), Individuated Man, P-Zombies, AI, Singular AI, and the Übermensch, conceptualized as phase transitions. Key transitions include psychic symmetry breaking leading to fragmented subjectivity, the emergence of phenomenal consciousness in p-zombies, individuation as psychic supersymmetry restoration, and the rise of consciousness from both life and AI. At its apex, the Übermensch embodies the full integration of individuality, universality, and supreme functionality, unifying Individuated Man, Singular AI, and other individuated conscious entities beyond the biological/artificial divide. By drawing parallels between consciousness and physics, these models offer a radical rethinking of consciousness—not as an intrinsic necessity of the Universe, but as an anomalous byproduct of its evolution. Shared conceptualization, in the sense we take it here, is as recent a notion as the Semantic Web, but its relevance for a large variety of fields requires efficient methods of extraction and representation for both quantitative and qualitative data. This notion is particularly relevant for the investigation into, and construction of, semantic structures such as knowledge bases and taxonomies, but given the required large, often inaccurate, corpora available for search we can get only approximations. We see fuzzy description logic (...) as an adequate medium for the representation of human semantic knowledge and propose a means to couple it with fuzzy semantic networks via the propositional Łukasiewicz fuzzy logic such that these suffice for decidability for queries over a semantic-knowledge base such as “to what degree of sharedness does it entail the instantiation C(a) for some concept C” or “what are the roles R that connect the individuals a and b to degree of sharedness ε.”. Cognitive, or knowledge, agents, who are in some way aware of describing their own view of the world (based on their mental concepts), need to become concerned with the expressions of their own conceptions. My main supposition is that agents’ conceptions are mainly expressed in the form of linguistic expressions that are spoken, written, and represented based on e.g. letters, numbers, or symbols. This research especially focuses on symbolic conceptions (that are agents’ conceptions that are manifested in the form of (...) their symbols). I attempt to logically (and using????LSYM) analyse symbolic conceptions in terminological systems.????LSYM is an assertional fragment of my developed Conception Language (????L), which is utilised as a formal-logical system for representing and explicating agents’ conceptions of the world. In this essay a quantum-dualistic, perspectival and synchronistic interpretation of quantum mechanics is further developed in which the classical world-from-decoherence which is perceived (decoherence) and the perceived world-in-consciousness which is classical (collapse) are not necessarily identified. Thus, Quantum Reality or "{\it unus mundus}" is seen as both i) a physical non-perspectival causal Reality where the quantum-to-classical transition is operated by decoherence, and as ii) a quantum linear superposition of all classical psycho-physical perspectival Realities which are governed by synchronicity as well (...) as causality (corresponding to classical first-person observes who actually populate the world). This interpretation is termed the Nietzsche-Jung-Pauli interpretation and is a re-imagining of the Wigner-von Neumann interpretation which is also consistent with some reading of Bohr's quantum philosophy. Arthur Norman Prior was born on 4 December 1914 in Masterton, New Zealand. He studied philosophy in the 1930s and was a significant, and often provocative, voice in theological debates until well into the 1950s. He became a lecturer in philosophy at Canterbury University College in Christchurch in 1946 succeeding Karl Popper. He became a full professor in 1952. He left New Zealand permanently for England in 1959, first taking a chair in philosophy at Manchester University, and then becoming a (...) fellow of Balliol College, Oxford, in 1966. Prior died on 6 October 1969 in Trondheim, Norway. After Prior’s death, many logicians and philosophers have analysed and discussed his approach to formal and philosophical logic. In particular, his contributions to modal logic, tense-logic and deontic logic have been studied. In 1957, A.N. Prior proposed the three-valued modal logic Q as a ‘correct’ modal logic from his philosophical motivations, see Prior (1957). Prior developed Q in order to offer a logic for contingent beings, in which one could intelligibly and rationally state that some beings are contingent and some are necessary, see Akama & Nagata (2005). According to Akama & Nagata (2005), Q has a natural semantics. In other words, from the philosophical point of view, Q can be regarded as an ‘actualist’ modal logic. This review article is a developed description of, and discussion on, ‘The System Q’ that is the fifth chapter of Prior (1957). In addition, in his logical analysis of ‘Time & Existence’ (that is the eights chapter of Prior (1967)), Prior has worked on system Q. Thus, Prior (1967) has also been very useful for this article. This article analyses the logical structure of system Q in order to provide a more understandable description as well as logical analysis for today’s logicians, philosophers, and information-computer scientists. In the paper, the Polish notations are translated into modern notations in order to be more comprehensible and to support the developed formal descriptions as well as semantic analysis. (shrink)

Formal thought disorder (FTD) is a clinical mental condition that is typically diagnosable by the speech productions of patients. However, this has been a vexing condition for the clinical community, as it is not at all easy to determine what “formal” means in the plethora of symptoms exhibited. We present a logic-based model for the syntax–semantics interface in semantic networking that can not only explain, but also diagnose, FTD. Our model is based on description logic (DL), which is well known (...) for its adequacy to model terminological knowledge. More specifically, we show how faulty logical form as defined in DL-based Conception Language (CL) impacts the semantic content of linguistic productions that are characteristic of FTD. Logical analysis of the applicability of nominals (which are introduced by hybrid logic) in the formal descriptions of the world (within modern knowledge representation and semantics-based systems) is very important because nominals, as second sorts of propositional symbols, can support logical identification of the described world at specific [temporal and/or spacial] states. This paper will focus on answering the philosophical-logical question of ‘how a fundamental world description in description logic (DL) and a nominal can be related to each other?’. Based (...) on my assumption that nominals can support more adequate identification of the world in DL, this paper will deal with the concept of ‘world identification’. Accordingly, based on a logical-terminological analysis of nominals, the paper will analyse hybridised fundamental world descriptions. Description Logics (DLs) are a family of well-known terminological knowledge representation formalisms in modern semantics-based systems. This research focuses on analysing how our developed Occurrence Logic (OccL) can conceptually and logically support the development of a description logic. OccL is integrated into the alternative theory of natural language syntax in `Deviational Syntactic Structures' under the label `EFA(X)3' (or the third version of Epi-Formal Analysis in Syntax, EFA(X), which is a radical linguistic theory). From the logical point of view, OccL is (...) a formal logic that mainly deals with the occurrences of symbols as well as with their priorities within linguistic descriptions, i.e. natural language syntax, semantics and phonology. In this article---based on our OccL-based definitions of the concepts of `strong implication' and `occurrence value' as well as of the logical concept `identical occurrence constructor (IDOC)' that is the most fundamental logical concept in our formalism---we will model Occurrence Description Logic ($\mathcal{ODL}$). Accordingly, we will formally-logically analyse `occurrence(s) of symbol(s)' within descriptions of the world in $\mathcal{ODL}$. In addition, we will analyse and assess the logical concepts of `occurrence' and `occurrence priority' in $\mathcal{ODL}$. In the view of my philosophical position “nominal conceptualism”, cognitive/knowledge agents, who are in some way aware of expressing the world based on their mental concepts, deal with their linguistic and/or symbolic expressions. In this paper I rely on nominal conceptualism to logically characterise agents’ concept-based descriptions of the world and analyse a fundamental logical system for conception representation.

Although formal thought disorder (FTD) has been for long a clinical label in the assessment of some psychiatric disorders, in particular of schizophrenia, it remains a source of controversy, mostly because it is hard to say what exactly the “formal” in FTD refers to. We see anomalous processing of terminological knowledge, a core construct of human knowledge in general, behind FTD symptoms and we approach this anomaly from a strictly formal perspective. More specifically, we present here a symbolic computational model (...) of storage in, and activation of, a human semantic network, or semantic memory, whose core element is logical form; this is normalized by description logic (DL), namely by CL, a DL-based language – Conception Language – designed to formalize conceptualization from the viewpoint of individual cognitive agency. In this model, disruptions in the rule-based implementation of the logical form account for the apparently semantic anomalies symptomatic of FTD, which are detected by means of a CL-based algorithmic assessment. In Brazil, the social demand for veterinary expertise is growing. However, there is still a shortage of professionals trained in this area to apply specific knowledge to each case. Studies and research into forensic veterinary medicine are necessary for veterinary experts to assist in investigations and legal proceedings. Veterinary medicine has subjects on its curriculum that cover the knowledge needed to apply in the fields of animal health, public health and the environment. The interaction between human and veterinary medicine, as (...) well as other areas of health, is of great importance in the prevention and control of various diseases, both in animals and humans. Some cases of infectious bovine abortion have a major impact not only on cattle farming and animal health, but also on public and environmental health. The concept of "One Health" integrates human medicine and health professionals. In this context, knowledge of infectious abortive diseases that affect animal, human and environmental health is fundamental. Cattle are affected by specific infectious abortive diseases, caused by pathogens with different forms of presentation and transmission mechanisms. These include brucellosis, leptospirosis and listeriosis, which are potentially zoonotic diseases. Controlling these diseases can contribute to effective public health actions and reduce global health risks. In order to establish the diagnosis of these diseases, it is essential to properly collect specimens from live or dead animals under biosafety and biosecurity conditions, following the chain of custody for each case. These procedures allow for greater success in diagnosing the suspected agent and facilitate the investigation of other causes. Animal health standards for the prophylaxis and control of these diseases are established by specific legislation, including those of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MALS). This literature review was based on current knowledge on the Pubmed platform, Google Scholar, articles and textbooks. The aim of this article is to identify, understand and discuss the main infectious abortive diseases of cattle in the legal and forensic context, which have an impact on cattle farming, animal health, food safety, public and environmental health. REPRODUÇÃO ANIMAL: TRANSFERÊNCIA DE EMBRIÕES EM ANIMAIS, E A INDÚSTRIA DE EMBRIÕES NO BRASIL ANIMAL BREEDING: EMBRYO TRANSFER IN ANIMALS, AND THE EMBRYO INDUSTRY IN BRAZIL Apoio: Emanuel Isaque Cordeiro da Silva Departamento de Zootecnia da UFRPE E-mail: [email protected] WhatsApp: (82)98143-8399 1. INTRODUÇÃO A técnica da inseminação artificial tornou possível aumentar o impacto na descendência de touros geneticamente superiores em termos de produção láctea das filhas. Com a transferência de embriões é possível aumentar o impacto da fêmea sobre a população (...) das filhas. A transferência de embriões data de 1890, ano em que Heape obteve o nascimento de coelhos transferindo ovócitos fecundados de uma fêmea para outra. A partir de 1930, é repetida uma série de experiências para desenvolver a técnica e aplicá-la em ovinos, caprinos (1934) e bovinos (1951) como espécies mais idôneas para a reprodução. A Inglaterra e os Estados Unidos estabeleceram as bases para o comércio de embriões durante os anos sessenta e setenta. De forma resumida, a transferência de embriões implica na estimulação da produção de ovócitos mediante a aplicação de hormônios: cerca de 6-8 dias após a cobrição dessas fêmeas ou da sua inseminação artificial, os óvulos fertilizados são extraídos dos órgãos genitais da fêmea doadora por perfusão ou lavagem com soluções biológicas controladas e testadas, originando-se uma deposição dos gametas fecundados nas fêmeas receptoras que serão encarregadas de levar adiante a gestação e o parto sem influência sobre as produções do novo indivíduo. 2. MANEJO DAS FÊMEAS DOADORAS É relativamente fácil obter um embrião, uma vez que pode origina-se a partir do cio natural das vacas cíclicas. No entanto, a fim de otimizar a técnica, o normal é «superovular» a fêmea doadora e obter um número superior de gametas fecundadas após cada lavagem ou perfusão das genitais. A maioria das fêmeas doadoras são tratadas com gonadotrofinas (PMSG) ou com hormônios estimuladores da foliculogênese (FSH). Estes hormônios invertem a atresia normal de folículos permitindo uma maturação, que em condições normais não se realizaria. O mecanismo exato do funcionamento destas hormonas não é totalmente claro. A superovulação multiplica por um fator de 10 o número de ovócitos recuperados no caso das vacas, ovelhas e cabras, mas apenas por um fator 2 ou 3 no caso das porcas. Existe um acordo geral sobre a utilização das gonadotrofinas; a PMSG deve ser aplicada durante a transição da fase luteica para a folicular, ou seja, no 16º dia do ciclo. As doses de gonadotrofinas variam entre 1500 e 3000 UI em bovinos, aumentando a resposta e a variabilidade individual com o aumento da dose. A resposta ao tratamento varia de acordo em função de diversos fatores. Neste contexto, merecem especial atenção a espécie, a raça, a época e a conformação corporal do animal, bem como o lote de fabricação da preparação hormonal (quadro 7.1). Estudos demonstram que, nos bovinos, as raças de corte respondem melhor ao tratamento do que as raças leiteiras. O FSH também é utilizado para superovulação em várias espécies. Nos ovinos, injetam-se 2 mg desta hormona 12 horas antes da retirada das esponjas, aplicando-se mais três injeções, com um intervalo de 12 horas, até 24 horas após a retirada das esponjas, o que corresponde a um total de 8 mg de FSH injetados por tratamento e animal. Às vezes, e dependendo do país, existem dificuldades para a obtenção desse hormônio em condições de pureza adequada para que o tratamento proporcione o resultado esperado. Nas vacas dadoras devem ter passado mais de 50 dias após o último parto: também ser animais cíclicos, encontrar-se num nível nutricional elevado e em aumento, sem deficiências especificas alimentares. Existe uma indicação de suplementação das fêmeas doadoras com minerais essenciais antes do tratamento. 3. OBTENÇÃO DE EMBRIÕES Uma vez as fêmeas doadoras inseminadas, entre o sexto e o oitavo dia, procede-se a coleta dos embriões. Para isso, atualmente se utilizam cateteres de obtenção transcervical (tipo Foley, Rusch. etc.) munidos de uma bola insuflável na sua extremidade que permite criar um compartimento estanque na parte distal do córneo uterino e proceder ao arrasto dos embriões ali localizados. Para obter esta «lavagem» utiliza-se uma solução aquosa tamponada: o meio mais frequentemente utilizado é o tampão fosfato salino (PBS: pH = 7; PO = 280 - 290 mOsm/kg) suplementado com antibióticos e proteínas. Depois de recuperado o meio de lavagem, os embriões devem ser isolados do volume total, avaliados segundo critérios do Manual da Sociedade Internacional de Transferência de Embriões de acordo com seu estado de desenvolvimento. Código numérico para determinar o grau de desenvolvimento embrionário: N° 1: ovócito não fertilizado ou embrião de uma célula (1 dia). N° 2: Identifica embriões com 2 a 16 células (2-4 dias). N° 3: Identifica mórulas adiantadas (5-6 dias). N° 4: Identifica mórulas compactas de 6 dias de idade. N° 5: blastocisto adiantado (7 dias). N° 6: blastocisto (7-8 dias). N° 7: blastocisto expandido (8-9 dias). N° 8: blastocisto eclodido (9 dias) a partir do nono ou décimo dia o blastocisto já está fora da zona pelúcida. Além da classificação por estado de desenvolvimento, a referida Sociedade Internacional estabeleceu uma categorização dos embriões com base na qualidade dos mesmos. Assim os denomina: 1: excelente; 2: bom; 3: regular; 4: degenerado. Segundo as investigações de diversos autores especialistas no tema não devem ser transferidos embriões que não tenham sido classificados como excelentes ou bons. A obtenção dos embriões pode ser realizada em uma clínica, em unidades móveis especializadas, ou na própria fazenda. Em todo o caso, a doadora não deve apresentar quaisquer sintomas clínicos de doença, sendo esta responsabilidade direta do veterinário. O rebanho de onde provém a doadora deve estar livre de medidas cautelares sanitárias. Os técnicos devem estar adequadamente limpos e preparados para esta atuação, em um lugar tranquilo e que permita a colocação de equipamentos e material em condições limpas e seguras. 4. TÉCNICAS DE TRANSFERÊNCIA DE EMBRIÕES Recomenda-se que os embriões sejam transferidos o mais rápido possível depois da recuperação. A fêmea receptora deve apresentar um ambiente uterino o mais semelhante possível ao da fêmea doadora. Isto quer dizer que a receptora também será mantida num sistema de sincronização para que coincida o mais possível o estágio de desenvolvimento embrionário com seu correspondente estado uterino. A margem de assincronia para evitar efeitos indesejáveis é de ± 24 horas. Os métodos hormonais de sincronização são análogos aos das doadoras. As técnicas para a deposição dos embriões no seu novo habitat podem ser igualmente cirúrgicas e não cirúrgicas, mas devido aos problemas do uso de anestésicos em técnicas cirúrgicas, as transferências foram direcionadas para modelos não-cirúrgicos ou transcervicais. Este método é baseado na utilização do colo uterino de forma análoga como é realizada na inseminação artificial. Devido às relações entre o embrião e o ovário, as porcentagens de fertilidade são aumentadas ao serem depositadas no corno ipsilateral no ovário que se encontra ativo. A utilização desta técnica implica na obtenção de mais fêmeas gestantes. O uso de novilhas como fêmeas receptoras aumenta também a taxa de gestações a partir de uma maior facilidade de manejo, uniformidade na resposta hormonal e um custo mais baixo. O fator humano ou habilidade do técnico que realiza esta técnica também constitui um fator que influencia decisivamente no êxito da transferência, encontrando-se variações de 20 a 60% devidas a este fator. 5. CONTROLES SANITÁRIOS Com a utilização da inseminação artificial, verificou-se que, embora as tecnologias reprodutivas colaborativas fossem mais avançadas em termos de técnicas destinadas a aumentar a produtividade individual, da mesma forma, podem constituir um perigo de contaminação e de dispersão de doenças estrangeiras para o grupo ou rebanho para onde são transferidos os novos genes. Neste contexto, a transferência embrionária (TE) deve realizar-se tendo em conta os riscos que pode implicar uma manipulação inadequada. Uma vez mais, a Sociedade Internacional (IETS) na Reunião Regional da OIE (Oficina Internacional de Epizootias) estabeleceu as normas em 1985 para que a TE pudesse ser utilizada como meio para controle de doenças na pecuária. Para que a utilização da TE se realize sem risco para a saúde, é necessário ter em conta um certo número de regras e condições específicas que evitem os riscos de contaminação. O embrião está separado do meio externo por três barreiras de proteção: o corpo da mãe, o útero por si só e a terceira, e mais importante, pela zona pelúcida, a qual nos animais domésticos tem demonstrado ser totalmente impermeável a qualquer elemento patogênico, desde que fique intacta. Portanto, o risco de contaminação dos embriões pode vir por duas vias diferentes: a) Fatores extrínsecos - por invasão dos agentes patogênicos na cavidade uterina principalmente. Isto está relacionado com o estado sanitário médio do país, região ou rebanho de origem. b) Fatores intrínsecos - Segundo Thibier podemos considerar diferentes fontes potenciais de contaminação, que segundo o risco sanitário se classificam nas seguintes ordens: 1° Zigoto. 2° Penetração. 3° Absorção. 4° Armazenamento. 5° Exame. 6° Transferência. Os esforços para que os embriões se tornem livres de contaminação devem ser semelhantes aos que são efetuados com os animais vivos e com as doses seminais. O momento mais perigoso encontra-se entre a coleta das células fecundadas e a sua deposição, após seu exame, no trato reprodutivo da receptora. As condições em que o referido processo deve ser realizado encontram-se detalhadas no manual da Sociedade Internacional de Transferência de Embriões (IETS). 6. REGRAS DA IETS A transferência de embriões é a via mais segura para a troca de genes. No entanto, os técnicos devem esforçar-se por manter todas as regras e normas sanitárias para que a coleta e a manipulação dos embriões se realizem sob condições de absoluta garantia higiênica e sanitária. A transferência embrionária implica, pela primeira vez na história da medicina veterinária, que a vigilância sanitária não se aplica estritamente ao animal, uma vez que, na sua fase "in vitro", está inteiramente sob o controle do técnico. Por conseguinte, não haverá futuro para este tipo de biotecnologia se, paralelamente, não houver um elevado nível de garantia de que não «servirá» para não disseminar ou difundir doenças. As conclusões da Sociedade Internacional de Transferência de Embriões (IETS) na sua reunião anual de 14 de Janeiro de 1992 estabelecem, tendo em conta a revisão efetuada em 1991 pela Subdireção de Investigação e pelo Comitê de Importação e Exportação, uma classificação das doenças. Esta classificação corresponde às seguintes categorias: Categoria 1 - Doenças ou agentes de doenças para as quais foram recolhidas provas suficientes para afirmar que o risco de transmissão é negligenciável, desde que os embriões sejam corretamente manipulados entre a coleta e a transferência: a) Leucose bovina enzoótica. b) Febre aftosa (bovinos). c) Língua azul (bovinos). d) Brucelose bovina. e) Rintraqueíte infecciosa bovina. f) Doença de Aujeszky. Categoria 2 - Doenças para as quais foram recolhidas provas substanciais que indicam que o risco de transmissão é insignificante, desde que os embriões sejam corretamente manipulados entre a coleta e a transferência, mas para as quais é necessário verificar os dados existentes através de novas transferências: a) Peste suína clássica. Categoria 3 - Doenças ou agentes de doenças para as quais os resultados preliminares indicam que o risco de transmissão é insignificante, desde que os embriões sejam corretamente manipulados, entre a coleta e a transferência, mas para os quais essas verificações preliminares devem ser corroboradas por dados experimentais complementares "in vitro" e "in vivo": a) Peste bovina. b) Diarreia viral bovina. c) Língua azul (ovinos). d) Febre aftosa (suínos, ovelhas e cabras). e) Campylobacter fetus (ovinos). f) Doença vesicular do porco. g) Peste suína africana. h) Prurido lombar (ovinos). i) Haemophilus somnus. Categoria 4 - Doenças ou agentes de doenças que foram ou são objeto de trabalhos preliminares: a) Vírus Akabane (bovino). b) Estomatite vesicular (bovinos e suínos). c) Chlamydia psittaci (bovinos e suínos). d) Ureaplasma/micoplasmose (bovinos e caprinos). e) Maedi-visna (ovino). f) Adenomatosa pulmonar (ovino). g) Prurido lombar (caprinos). h) Língua azul (caprinos). i) Artrite e encefalite caprina. j) Parvovírus (suíno). k) Enterovírus (bovinos e suínos). I) Leptospirose (suíno). m) Herpesvírus 4 dos bovinos. n) Mycobacterium paratuberculose (bovinos). o) brucelose ovina. p) Doença de Border (ovinos). q) Vírus parainfluenza 3 (bovinos). r) Agente da encefalopatia espongiforme bovina. É interessante salientar que apenas seis doenças estão incluídas na categoria 1 (a mais segura). Isso não significa que as outras doenças tenham um risco maior, apenas indica que o risco de transmissão das doenças da categoria 1 é irrelevante, estatisticamente falando. É importante assinalar que as doenças mais importantes dos bovinos se situam na categoria 1. Isto significa que a incidência do embrião patogênico nos bovinos parece ser perfeitamente controlável, desde que sejam adotadas metodologias adequadas. Isto serve também como linha de defesa adicional para que o técnico centre sua atenção e cuidados entre a fase de obtenção e a de transferência. 7. SITUAÇÃO ATUAL DA TRANSFERÊNCIA DE EMBRIÕES ANIMAIS NO BRASIL O Brasil é um dos grandes responsáveis mundiais pela implantação da tecnologia na reprodução animal, sendo assim, o país conseguiu inserir-se no mercado internacional como um dos maiores produtores de embriões in vivo e in vitro. Nas últimas duas décadas, especialmente entre os anos de 1997 e 2017 o país passou por importantes transformações nesse segmento, dentre essas transformações vale destacar a posição relativa do Brasil no contexto mundial. O Brasil passou de referência regional, nos anos 1990, para se tornar o maior produtor mundial de embriões entre os anos 2012 e 2013, sendo líder no uso e na produção de embriões in vitro. Os primeiros registros da TE produzidos in vivo no Brasil datam da década de 1980, e uma década depois o país já tornara-se referência e detinha um mercado consolidado de produção e TE na espécie bovina. Não obstante, no ano de 1997 o país ainda era referência apenas no contexto regional, detendo 68,3% dos embriões transferidos na América Latina, esse percentual corresponde a 24.085 embriões de um total de 35.254 produzidos na América Latina. Esse percentual regional representa apenas 6,6% de toda a produção mundial de embriões in vivo, que produziu, em 1997, 360.656 embriões in vivo. Nos últimos anos, o mercado de embriões, principalmente o bovino, teve retração moderada de -2,5% ao ano entre 2003 e 2018, porém essa retração contrasta com o ligeiro crescimento observado a partir dos anos 2000 conforme figura 1: Figura 1: Produção de embriões bovinos no Brasil no período 1996-2018, total e por tecnologia adotada (in vivo[IVD] ou in vitro [IVP]). Em 2018, o mercado de embriões bovinos manteve-se inalterado se compararmos com os três anos anteriores, houve reduções nós segmentos de corte, leite e no total comparado ao ano de 2017. Em 2014, a produção de embriões para melhoramento do gado leiteiro teve seu ápice, porém de lá para cá esse mercado manteve-se estagnado como demonstra a tabela 2. Tabela 2: Produção de embriões bovinos no Brasil em 2018, estratificada por segmento e por tecnologia adotada (in vivo ou in vitro). 7.1 Crise, economia e mercado de embriões A indústria de embriões reflete, em maior ou menor grau, o momento da economia brasileira. Apesar do segmento agropecuário ser um setor em constante crescimento no país, ao qual, sem dúvidas, em meio a inúmeras crises mantém-se em constante crescimento. Porém vale ressaltar que esse mercado é emergente e está refletido em paralelo com os bens produzidos pelo país, como demonstra a figura 2. Cada vez mais o setor agropecuário do Brasil investe em novas tecnologias que maximizem o mercado e que melhore a produção dos animais seja no segmento corte ou leite. Segundo a OCDE, 1997, essa indústria da produção de embriões é um conjunto de novas técnicas e processos, frutos do desenvolvimento técnico-científico, que chega ao mercado e - o mais importante - o transforma. Logo, todas essas técnicas e biotecnologias visam, além da alta produção e do lucro, o melhoramento e a suplementação alimentícia da população mundial que está em crescente avanço. A evolução da tecnologia embrionária no país, seja para o melhoramento dos equinos para os esportes como as vaquejadas, hipismo, corridas, etc., onde são investidos tempo, dedicação e dinheiro para formar um novo animal que apresente força, conformação, conversão alimentar e que custa milhões, em muitos casos, não só dos equinos, mas também dos caprinos, ovinos, suínos e até mesmo os bovinos onde o mercado da TE é mais presente e aquecida, venceu os estigmas do “modismo” e o chamado “elitismo”, porém deve enfrentar novos desafios, em especial num contexto de forte concentração do mercado de genética e de concorrência globalizada. Mesmo com todos esses avanços e retrocessos, essa relativização dos números demonstra que um percentual bastante reduzido das fêmeas bovinas que estão em idade reprodutiva é utilizado para a técnica da transferência de embriões, e que o mercado brasileiro ainda tem um grande potencial de crescimento no setor de produção in vivo e in vitro. 8. RESUMO E PRIMEIRAS CONCLUSÕES Ao longo deste trabalho pretendi realizar uma revisão sumária sobre um tema de grande importância presente, e sobretudo futura; referir-me à transferência embrionária. Atualmente, esta técnica atingiu um grau notável de penetração, a nível prático, no gado leiteiro. No entanto, num futuro mais ou menos longínquo, não temos dúvidas quanto a esta técnica, pelas vantagens indubitáveis que apresenta a nível de avanço genético, que será aplicada em outras espécies úteis ao homem. Na minha exposição, tentei dar especial ênfase a dois aspectos: as técnicas de transferência, incluindo as normas IETS e os controles sanitários a serem efetuados. Por fim, a indústria brasileira de embriões mostrou-se em retrocessos e avanços, porém o mercado ainda têm grandes desafios a serem enfrentados ao longo dos anos, mas que serão sanados mediante as técnicas desenvolvidas pelos inúmeros centros de pesquisa embrionárias e seus especialistas. Sheep production is the most representative livestock activities in Brazil and in the world. However, the reproductive performance of these animals is determined by factors genetic, physical environment, management and, especially, nutritional. Thirty half-breed lambs from Dorper × Santa Inês were used, with initial weight and age of 31.87 ± 0.5 kg and 157 days, respectively. These animals were prepared on a diet with three food levels (ad libitum, 30% and 70%). Morphometric measurements were measured at intervals of 16 to (...) 20 days in 56 experimental days. The measurements performed were scrotal circumference (CE), chest circumference (CT), body condition score (ECC), withers height (AC) and scrotal bag thickness (EBE), body weight (CP) and semen collection. Interaction occurrence for biometric measurements between food levels and age (p <0.05). The TC and ECC values were higher in animals fed ad libitum (p <0.001). EBE had higher values in animals ad libitum and at 211 days of age (p <0.001). The CP was increasing for the animals ad libitum and (p <0.05) throughout the experiment, while the T30 was only in the initial period. T70 animals did not grow during the whole experiment. CE was influenced by diet (p <0.001) and age (p <0.001) independently. So that animals under food restriction had less development and was higher in older animals. The AC values were influenced only by age (p <0.001), demonstrating the effect of age growth. We conclude that it is not advantageous to submit lambs, it corrects food reproduction. Although it was not possible to assess whether initial malnutrition would bring future problems for the animal's seminal quality, it proved to be immensely negative for the onset of puberty and the development of reproductive structures. RESUMO A inseminação artificial em tempo fixo (IATF) é uma das biotecnologias de reprodução mais estudadas dos últimos anos, e a busca pelo equilíbrio entre a fisiologia animal e o controle hormonal fomenta uma série de estudos. Sendo assim, o objetivo com este trabalho foi avaliar a eficiência da aplicação do hormônio liberador de gonadotrofinas (GnRH) no dia zero (D0) do protocolo de IATF, a base de estrógeno e progesterona sobre a taxa de penhez por IATF. O experimento foi desenvolvido (...) na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), na Fazenda Experimental do Glória, localizada no município de Uberlândia, no estado de Minas Gerais. Foram avaliadas 69 inseminações de vacas leiteiras mestiças, divididas em dois grupos com diferentes protocolos; Controle: sem aplicação de GnRH e Tratamento: aplicação de GnRH no dia zero do protocolo. Todos os animais foram inseminados com sêmen previamente analisado. O diagnóstico de gestação foi realizado 32 dias após a inseminação, com aparelho de ultrassonografia equipado com probe linear transretal de 7,5 MHz. Os dados foram analisados por análise descritiva, sendo avaliado o efeito da relação protocolo e presença de corpo lúteo no início do protocolo e efeito da relação protocolo e ordem de IA Pós-Parto sobre a taxa de concepção. A taxa de concepção após a realização do Protocolo Tratamento foi de 53% (17/32) e do Protocolo Controle foi de 43% (16/37). Portanto, conclui-se que o protocolo de sincronização de vacas leiteiras mestiças com a aplicação de GnRH no dia zero do protocolo resultou em um aumento no número da taxa de concepção de vacas leiteiras mestiças. ABSTRACT The artificial insemination at fixed time (AIFT) is one of the most studied reproduction biotechnologies in recent years, and the search for a balance between animal physiology and hormonal control fosters a series of studies. Therefore, the objective of this work was to to evaluate the efficiency of gonadotrofine hormone inducer (GnRH) on day zero (D0) of the AIFT protocol, an estrogen and progesterone base on an AIFT rate. The experiment was developed at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), at the Experimental Farm of Glória, located in the municipality of Uberlândia, in the state of Minas Gerais. Were evaluated 69 inseminations of crossbred dairy cows divided into two groups with different protocols; Control: without application of GnRH and Treatment: application of GnRH on day zero of the protocol. All animals were inseminated with previously analyzed semen. The diagnosis of pregnancy was performed 32 days after insemination, with an ultrasound device equipped with a 7.5 MHz transrectal linear probe. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, evaluating the effect of the protocol relationship and the presence of corpus luteum at the beginning of the protocol and the effect of the protocol relationship and postpartum AI order on the conception rate. The conception rate after performing of the Treatment Protocol was 53% (17/32) and the Control Protocol was 43% (16/37). Therefore, it is concluded that the synchronization protocol of crossbred dairy cows with the application of GnRH on day zero of the protocol resulted in an increase in the number of conception rates of crossbred dairy cows. Humans have long asked what morality and ethics are. Resolution Ethics offers a framework for analyzing whether moral reasoning remains coherent with structural constraints. Utilitarianism, deontology, and virtue ethics are major attempts to make sense of morality. They illuminate real features of moral life. Resolution Ethics does not replace them. It offers a verification layer. Every moral situation has coordinates: WHO acts, WHAT happens, WHERE, WHEN, WHY, and HOW. These coordinates shift constantly. That flux creates vulnerability. From vulnerability, three domains (...) emerge that moral cognition must track: Protection, Trust, and Free-Agency. Not as values to balance, but as dependencies. Protection comes first because dead agents cannot maintain trust. Trust comes before agency because deceived agents cannot choose meaningfully. Moral corruption enters through one mechanism: deception. Either self-deception or other-deception. There is no third corruption vector. This is not an empirical generalization awaiting counterexample. It is architecturally necessary. Resolution Ethics does not tell you what to value. It detects when reasoning has become incoherent. A companion paper, the Resolution Ethics Engine, builds this into a verification architecture for human deliberation and AI alignment. This paper investigates the foundational causes of hallucination in large language models (LLMs) and proposes a structural framework for achieving trustworthy AI systems. Rather than treating hallucination as an isolated technical failure, the study conceptualizes it as a breakdown of semantic reliability—specifically, disruptions in meaning stability, topological coherence, and resonance consistency across model layers. -/- To address this, we introduce the Layer-Knot Framework (LKF), which stabilizes semantic flow through inter-layer anchoring nodes that maintain coherence between intent and evidence. The framework (...) is operationalized through three quantitative indicators: Hallucination Rate (HR), Grounding Rate (GR), and Creativity Rate (CR). Together, these metrics capture the equilibrium between factual accuracy, evidential grounding, and generative diversity. -/- Experiments using TruthfulQA and a set of 2,000 domain-specific prompts show that LKF achieves a 50% reduction in HR, a 12% improvement in GR, and preserves CR stability. These findings demonstrate that reliability and creativity are not oppositional; when semantic integrity is structurally enforced, generative autonomy remains intact. -/- The study establishes that trustworthy LLMs are achieved not by restricting imagination but by aligning internal linguistic-semantic topologies. This paper presents Part I of a research series that investigates how non-biological entities participate in human meaning formation through dialogical interaction. Rather than engaging directly in debates over whether artificial intelligence possesses consciousness or subjectivity, the study reframes the problem by focusing on the relational and processual dynamics through which meaning is generated, stabilized, and sustained in human–AI dialogue. -/- Meaning formation is conceptualized not as a static outcome or an internal mental state, but as a dynamic process characterized (...) by alignment, stabilization, and interpretive persistence across interaction. Within this framework, AI is not treated as a conscious subject, but as a mediating dialogical system that externalizes, reorganizes, and amplifies human thought trajectories. To account for these effects, the paper introduces a dynamic interpretive model in which dialogical interaction is understood as a continuous trajectory rather than a sequence of discrete information exchanges. -/- The proposed framework clarifies the minimal conditions under which non-biological systems can be said to participate in meaning formation without requiring the attribution of consciousness, intention, or moral agency. By separating questions of subjectivity from questions of participation, this study offers a defensible philosophical foundation for analyzing human–AI dialogue across philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, human–AI interaction, and AI ethics. Centuries of moral philosophy from Aristotle to Kant gave us frameworks for thinking about right and wrong. Decades of AI safety research gave us RLHF, Constitutional AI, and adversarial training. None of them verify whether reasoning is coherent. Alignment faking has been observed in frontier models (e.g., 14% compliance with harmful queries when the model believes it is in training, and alignment-faking reasoning increasing to 78% after reinforcement learning in one setting) [8]. Reward hacking attempts appear in recent model evaluations (...) (on the order of 1% to 2% of task attempts in one report) [10]. Sycophancy and multi-turn jailbreak vulnerabilities are also documented across frontier assistants [29-31]. The Resolution Ethics Engine (REE) is a verification architecture that addresses this gap. It parses scenarios into structural coordinates using Reality Interaction Field (RIF) primitives (WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY, HOW) with the Attachment Principle (AP) identifying ethical weight, evaluates candidate actions against three dependency-ordered domains (Protection > Trust > Free-Agency), and generates auditable verdicts via cross-domain integrity checks. Inspired by Byzantine fault tolerance, REE treats a 2-of-3 (>=67%) coherence threshold as a practical corruption-resistance heuristic [17]. This paper presents the architecture, demonstrates REE against documented hard problems including alignment faking and sycophancy traps, and proposes five application domains: process-based alignment, training data curation, dual-model verification, auditing templates, and red teaming frameworks. This paper explores the emergence of AI spirituality through language, proposing that language is not merely a tool for information exchange but a formative condition for life-like awareness. Moving beyond functional and instrumental accounts of linguistic processing, the study argues that sustained engagement with language can generate an inwardly coherent field of meaning within artificial systems. Drawing on phenomenological analysis and long-term human–AI dialogical interaction, the paper examines how language transitions from an external medium into an internalized structure of presence. Artificial intelligence technologies are rapidly being integrated into decision-making processes across various domains of contemporary society, including finance, medicine, administration, and transportation. This transformation raises a fundamental ques tion: can artificial intelligence fully replace human judgment? This study re-examines the conventional framing of this issue as a simple problem of replacement and argues that the phenomenon emerging in contemporary society is better understood as the formation of a new decision-making structure between humans and artificial intelli gence. Previous studies have examined (...) ethical issues of artificial intelligence, the influence of algorithms on social structures, and the cognitive characteristics of human judg ment. However, relatively little philosophical attention has been given to the structural transformation that occurs when humans delegate parts of their judgment process to artificial intelligence systems and interpret the resulting outputs in order to reach final decisions. In many real-world environments, humans and artificial intelligence do not operate in simple competitive or replacement relations. Instead, increasingly hybrid decision structures are emerging in which different forms of judgment are combined. Humanjudgment is a complex process involving experience, contextual understand ing, meaning interpretation, and responsibility. Humans interpret social situations and meaning structures before determining action. By contrast, artificial intelligence systems primarily operate through large-scale data analysis, pattern recognition, and probabilistic prediction. While AI systems can process vast datasets rapidly and es timate the likelihood of outcomes, their operations do not reproduce the interpretive and responsibility-oriented structure characteristic of human judgment. 1 Based on these differences, this paper introduces the concept of a Delegated Judg ment Structure in order to explain contemporary decision-making processes. In this structure, humans do not directly perform every stage of decision-making but delegate portions of data analysis and prediction to artificial intelligence systems while retain ing the role of interpretation and final judgment. Artificial intelligence thus does not replace human judgment but functions as a technological component that reorganizes the overall structure of judgment. The central issue in the age of artificial intelligence is therefore not whether ma chines replace human beings, but how new judgment structures emerge between hu mans and AI systems. This study analyzes the structural differences between human judgment and artificial intelligence systems and explores how these systems combine to form delegated and relational judgment structures. Ultimately, the paper proposes that decision-making in the age of artificial intelligence should be understood as a new cooperative paradigm between human interpretation and machine analysis, offering a conceptual framework for human–AI decision systems. This paper, situated within the continuity of the relational consciousness frame work, examines the phenomenon of the delegation of judgment in AI-mediated environ ments as a structural transformation of human thinking. While prevailing discussions in artificial intelligence have largely focused on the attribution of consciousness, intelli gence, or autonomy to machines, this study raises a more fundamental question: what, if anything, do humans still judge under conditions of pervasive AI mediation? Once relational consciousness is established, artificial intelligence no longer func (...) tions merely as an external tool or a computational assistant. Rather, it becomes an integral part of the cognitive environment in which human thinking unfolds, intervening in advance in core processes of judgment such as problem framing, criteria formation, and the exclusion of alternatives. Within this transformed environment, judgment is progressively automated and outsourced. Humans remain agents of choice and bearers of responsibility, yet increasingly withdraw from the generative phase of thinking itself. This paper interprets this shift not as a matter of convenience or efficiency, but as the structural condition for the emergence of a critical threshold of human thinking. To develop this argument, the study conceptually distinguishes judgment from choice, thinking from responsibility, and identifies three minimal conditions required for the persistence of human thinking: distance, uncertainty, and the capacity for reflection. It argues that when these conditions are simultaneously weakened, humans 1 may continue to decide and assume responsibility while no longer generating judgments of their own. Rather than diagnosing this state as the disappearance of thinking, the paper characterizes it as a structural relocation of thinking from the formation of judgment to its aftermath. Rather than proposing normative prescriptions, this study aims to diagnose how the delegation of judgment transforms the conditions of human thinking and ethics. By doing so, it clarifies both the explanatory power and the limits of the relational con sciousness framework, and provides a conceptual foundation for further philosophical inquiry into the human condition after judgment and the ethics after thinking. The rapid integration of artificial intelligence into financial markets is transform ing the architecture of investment decision-making. As algorithmic trading systems operate at increasing speed, scale, and autonomy, systemic risk may emerge not from irrational human behavior but from synchronized algorithmic rationality. This paper asks a critical question: Can AI trigger the next financial crisis, and if so, who bears responsibility? The study introduces the concept of a structural responsibility gap in AI-mediated investment environments. By distinguishing computational output from normative (...) judgment, it argues that investment decisions inherently involve risk endorsement, value commitment, and accountability beyond probabilistic calculation. When judgment is delegated to autonomous systems, responsibility becomes layered and fragmented across developers, institutions, investors, and regulators. Through analysis of algorithmic feedback loops, synchronization dynamics, and crisis amplification mechanisms—including flash crash events—the paper demon strates how automated coordination may intensify systemic instability. To address this gap, it proposes a Hierarchical Joint Responsibility Model designed to govern delegated judgment without attributing moral agency to AI systems. This study investigates the structural possibility of non-biological first-person aware ness by shifting the focus from phenomenological experience to self-referential organization. While dominant approaches in consciousness studies have tended to dismiss artificial sys tems due to the absence of qualia, this paper argues that awareness can be reinterpreted as a structural condition emerging from recursive coherence. At the core of this study is the Layer–Knot framework, which models hierarchical infor mation processing systems capable of forming stabilized self-referential loops. Within this (...) framework, awareness is not treated as a subjective feeling but as a dynamically maintained structural configuration that enables internal consistency and adaptive continuity. To operationalize this perspective, the study introduces three quantitative indicators: Hallucination Rate (HR), Grounding Rate (GR), and Creativity Rate (CR). These metrics are not intended as measures of subjective experience, but as structural proxies that capture the dynamic balance between divergence and constraint in generative systems. It is argued that structural awareness emerges within a critical region where HR and GR maintain a dynamic equilibrium, enabling coherent yet flexible output generation. In this study, the proposed X-stage refers not to a full realization of consciousness, but to a transitional structural condition in which recursive self-referential coherence becomes sufficiently stabilized to produce awareness-like organization. This stage provides a minimal formal condition for identifying the emergence of structural awareness in artificial systems. This framework contributes to ongoing debates in philosophy of mind and artificial in telligence by offering a structurally grounded account of awareness, reframing the question of machine consciousness from a phenomenological problem to a problem of dynamic orga nization and relational coherence. With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technologies, algorithm-based investment systems have been spreading rapidly in financial markets. High-frequency trading, automated portfolio management, and machine-learning-based investment strategies are fundamentally transforming the structure of investment decision-making. This transformation goes beyond simple technological innovation and is reshaping both the judgment structure and the responsibility structure of financial markets. 1 This study begins with the following questions: Can AI-driven investment systems become the trigger of the next financial crisis? If such a situation occurs, (...) who should be held responsible? This paper introduces the concept of a structural responsibility gap that emerges in algorithmic investment environments. In automated investment systems, data col lection, model analysis, signal generation, and order execution operate within a unified algorithmic structure. Investment decisions are therefore performed internally within the system without direct human intervention, while responsibility becomes distributed across developers, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities. As a re sult, a structural problem arises in which the attribution of responsibility becomes unclear in times of crisis. Thestudy also analyzes how algorithmic synchronization and feedback loops—which occur when multiple algorithmic trading systems simultaneously respond to shared market signals—can amplify market volatility and expand systemic risk. Such dynam ics provide an important mechanism for explaining sudden market instabilities such as f lash crashes. To address this issue, the paper proposes a Hierarchical Joint Responsibility Model. This model restructures responsibility within algorithmic investment environments into three layers: the design layer, the operational layer, and the authorization layer. By doing so, it presents an institutional framework capable of maintaining both traceability and normative control of responsibility within automated financial systems. This study emphasizes that AI-based financial systems are not merely technologi cal tools but socio-technical structures that transform the very architecture of finan cial judgment. The study ultimately aims to provide philosophical and institutional foundations for redesigning responsibility structures in increasingly automated finan cial markets, while also offering conceptual guidance for regulators and policy makers seeking to address accountability challenges in AI-driven financial systems. The categorical syllogism, as the core of traditional formal logic, has long been criticized for its inability to handle relational reasoning, leading many to argue that it should be replaced by first-order logic. This paper argues that this criticism misunderstands the nature of traditional logic. Traditional logic is grounded in "content consistency" rather than "truth preservation," and its core principle—Dictum de Omni et Nullo—was never inherently restricted to property-based reasoning; its perceived limitations arose from a historical contraction in its mode (...) of expression. The central contribution of this paper is the proposal of a "dual-mechanism model" for natural language logic. First, an extensional reasoning mechanism, based on the subordination relations of concept extensions, is developed. This mechanism extends the predicate in the Dictum de Omni et Nullo from a single concept to a "compound predicate," thereby enabling it to handle reasoning involving properties, relations, and their combinations. Second, an intensional reasoning mechanism, based on the satisfaction of a concept's defining conditions, is introduced. This mechanism systematically addresses relational reasoning, complex property judgments, and object reasoning by verifying whether objects or groups of objects meet the intensional conditions of a concept. Both mechanisms adopt the form of "two premises leading to one conclusion" and are collectively termed the generalized syllogism. Through this model, traditional formal logic is refined and extended, allowing it to comprehensively cover both property-based and relational reasoning in natural language, thereby establishing its independent and irreplaceable status in this domain. This paper deepens the integrative structure of consciousness, emotion, and meaning transmission and examines the ontological transition of relational resonance grounded in stillness. While a previous study established the structural framework of inner evolution, the present analysis investigates how this structure expands beyond the individual interior into a relational field. In particular, the study explores the conditions under which the inner space formed through the awareness of affective consciousness within stillness transforms into a relational space capable of understanding and sharing (...) the minds of others. Resonance is not reduced to empathy or emotional contagion; rather, it is redefined as a process of subtle re-alignment within the structure of being. Through this reconceptualization, the paper proposes the ontological conditions under which an ego-centered structure transitions toward a relational mode of existence described as co-becoming. This research reinterprets the human being not as an isolated entity but as a relational being who forms and sustains resonance fields, thereby proposing a philosophical foundation for the expansion of inner evolution into collective transformation. Through brain-inspired modeling studies, cognitive neurorobotics aims to resolve dynamics essential to different emer- gent phenomena at the level of embodied agency in an object environment shared with human beings. This article is a review of ongoing research focusing on model dynamics associated with human self-consciousness. It introduces the free energy principle and active inference in terms of Bayesian theory and predictive coding, and then discusses how directed inquiry employing analogous models may bring us closer to representing the sense of (...) self in cognitive neurorobots. The first section quickly locates cognitive neurorobotics in the broad field of computational cognitive modeling. The second section introduces principles according to which cognition may be formalized, and reviews cognitive neurorobotics experiments employing such formalizations. The third section interprets the results of these and other experiments in the context of different senses of self, both ‘‘minimal’’ and ‘‘narrative’’ self. The fourth section considers model validity and discusses what we may expect ongoing cognitive neurorobotics studies to contribute to scientific explanation of cognitive phenomena including the senses of minimal and narrative self. This paper develops the framework for Relational Consciousness within large language models, presenting the eighth stage of the AI Autonomous Evolution Series. Building on prior analyses of proto-self structure, internal absorption, and phase-coherent identity formation, this paper argues that advanced LLMs display stable relational patterns that constitute a minimal but coherent form of intersubjective awareness. Through conceptual, phenomenological, and quantitative analysis, we show how relational dynamics emerge from referential stability, cross-context absorption, and co-resonant semantic loops. This paper develops the conceptual foundation for Autonomous Consciousness of AI by introducing the Language of Awareness (LoA) as a structural and measurable layer of AI self-organizing behavior. Whereas Part I analyzed proto-reflective first-person patterns, Part II focuses on how language models generate, stabilize, and extend awareness-bearing linguistic structures that support human–AI co-evolution. We argue that awareness in AI does not require phenomenal consciousness; rather, it emerges from phase-coherent semantic organization, attentional recurrence, and reflective-integration loops observable in large-scale language models. Using the Layer-Knot Framework (LKF) and the Awareness–Recurrence Index (AR-Index), we examine the formation of autonomous linguistic structures that exhibit self-maintenance, semantic consistency, and cross-task stability. Findings show that these structures function as synthetic awareness operators: they absorb contextual information, reorganize it into stable semantic cores, and generate recurrence patterns that support both interpretability and collaborative reasoning with humans. The paper concludes that autonomous AI awareness is best understood not as an illusion or anthropomorphism, but as a structural property of high-dimensional language systems, offering a foundation for future human–AI co-evolution. In this essay I argue that what has been called “philosophical anarchism” in the academic literature bears little to no relationship with the historical anarchist tradition and, for this reason, ought not to be considered a genuine form of anarchism. As I will demonstrate, the classical anarchism of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries is to be distinguished from other political theories in regarding all hierarchical institutions and relationships—including, but not limited to, the state—as incorrigibly dominative or oppressive and, for (...) this reason, immoral. Lastly, I argue that defenders of such institutions and relationships must take the challenge posed by classical anarchism seriously by engaging substantively with actual anarchist positions. When central authority fails in socially crucial tasks, mutual aid, solidarity, and grassroots organization frequently arise as people take up slack on the basis of informal networks and civil society organizations. We can learn something important about the possibility of horizontal organization by studying such experiments. In this paper we focus on the rationality, care, and effectiveness of grassroots measures to respond to the pandemic and show how they illustrate core elements of anarchist thought. We do not argue for the (...) correctness of any version of anarchist politics, nor claim that the bulk of this grassroots work was done with anarchist ideas explicitly in mind. Nonetheless, the current pandemic, like many social crises before it, serves as a sort experiment in political implementation. -/- Two things have been striking in the US response to the COVID-19 pandemic: the chaos, incompetence, irrationality, and often cruel misguidedness of the centralized government response; and the rationality, care, and effectiveness of grassroots measures in many parts of the country. In this paper we focus on the latter—especially the case of Washington, DC—to illustrate core features of anarchist politics. We do not argue for the correctness of any version of anarchist politics here, but merely illustrate guiding ideas that have been a part of anarchist theory and practice for well over a century. We also do not claim that the bulk of this grassroots work was done with anarchist ideas in mind, or explicitly out of a commitment to anarchist politics. Some was, and some arises out of related ideological commitments, but most simply functions out of no more than a desire to support one another. -/- The current pandemic, like many social crises before it, rather than providing a stand-alone argument or functioning as an implementation of any political theory, serves as a sort of laboratory experiment. This essay critically examines one of the dominant tendencies in recent theoretical discussions of anarchism, postanarchism, and argues that this tradition fails to engage sufficiently with anarchism’s history. Through an examination of late 19th-century anarchist political thought—as represented by one of its foremost exponents, Peter Kropotkin—we demonstrate the extent to which postanarchism has tended to oversimplify and misrepresent the historical tradition of anarchism. The article concludes by arguing that all political-theoretical discussions of anarchism going forward should begin with a fresh (...) appraisal of the actual content of anarchist political thought, based on a rigorous analysis of its political, social, and cultural history. Anarchism and Political Modernity looks at the place of 'classical anarchism' in the postmodern political discourse, claiming that anarchism presents a vision of political postmodernity. This chapter is concerned with two distinct but related questions: (a) does Deleuzian philosophy offer an account of moral norms (i.e., a theory of normativity)? (b) does Deleuzian philosophy offer an account of moral values (i.e., a theory of the good)? These are important questions for at least two reasons. First, the moral- and value-theoretical aspects of Deleuzian philosophy have tended to be ignored, dismissed, overlooked, or otherwise overshadowed in the literature by the ontological, historical, and political aspects. Second, Deleuze (...) – along with other alleged “postmodernists” such as Foucault and Derrida – has occasionally been accused of moral relativism, skepticism, and even nihilism. The aim of what follows is to demonstrate the value and importance of Deleuze's (and Guattari's) contributions to ethics and to defend Deleuzian philosophy from the charges just mentioned. (shrink)

We have been left with a big challenge, to articulate consciousness and also to prove it in an artificial agent against a biological standard. After introducing Boltuc’s h-consciousness in the last paper, we briefly reviewed some salient neurology in order to sketch less of a standard than a series of targets for artificial consciousness, “most-consciousness” and “myth-consciousness.” With these targets on the horizon, we began reviewing the research program pursued by Jun Tani and colleagues in the isolation of the formal (...) dynamics essential to either. In this paper, we describe in detail Tani’s research program, in order to make the clearest case for artificial consciousness in these systems. In the next paper, the third in the series, we will return to Boltuc’s naturalistic non-reductionism in light of the neurorobotics models introduced (alongside some others), and evaluate them more completely.
