I just released version 3.5.0 which (mainly) includes this PR as well as a unit test and minor documentation changes. As such it is now ready to be installed using Many thanks again for this. |

Adding a command line option to set the number of the ADR to be generated.
This comes up in one of my projects because we have multiple ADR contributors across multiple branches, so simply indexing the last number on a given branch is not guaranteed to give the next available ADR number.
