Where is paper.yml in Purpur 1.21.8 and where are anti-xray settings? #1695

Hi,
There should be a config/ folder. In it the config should be because paper.yml was removed a long time ago by Paper

You should be able to find it in a folder called config and the file should
be called paper world defaults or something like that.
