Adds
@atomicfor atomic supportSerialandOpenMPmodes should be able to do any@atomicoperation.Serial: Doesn't need any implementationOpenMP: Leverages#pragma omp atomicand#pragma omp criticalFor the GPU modes, we have some basic implementations done. Here
