Summary

add a local JSONL-based messager fallback and expose it through config options
allow quickstart bootstrap to generate offline configs that skip external services and log messages locally
document the offline flag for users who cannot run Docker dependencies

Testing

python -m compileall agentsociety/message scripts/bootstrap_quickstart.py agentsociety/simulation agentsociety/configs
