Update spigodt install script to use java 21 from openjdk when building spigodt

- Have you tried to use a generic image?
- Did you PR the necessary changes to make it work?
Have you added the egg to the main README.md and any other README files in subdirectories of the egg (e.g /game_eggs) according to the alphabetical order?
Have you added a unique README.md for the egg you are adding according to the alphabetical order?

This repo is not used anymore, any PR Should be send to their sub repo for you https://github.com/pelican-eggs/minecraft

and you did not fully export the egg from the panel, make all changes in a panel, then export and fully replace the file here.
