Dear Sirs, I am representing Kriss Sheridan, the copyright holder and owner of this picture. The picture has been uploaded to Wikipedia without his permission. It also refers to a Wikipedia article about Kriss Sheridan that does NOT exist. This is our URGENT REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL !!! Kind regards, Jessica McBride 194.33.77.26 23:25, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Someone obviously sent an OTRS permission for this file. So what's wrong now? While this file is not in use, there is a version cropped from it: File:Helmut Dietl (2012 - cropped).jpg, and this one is in use on more than 20 pages. It's the only photograph we have of en:Helmut Dietl, who died in 2015, so it should be kept. Also, I don't really believe that it was uploaded without Sheridan's permission. This is a typical PR shot (it shows Sheridan together with a famous director), who else should upload this if not Sheridan himself or his PR managers? Somebody also tried to create an article for him at de.wp, which got deleted. --Sitacuisses (talk) 23:39, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kriss Sheridan did not have a manager before. The picture file has been here for over 3 years. Uploaded without Sheridan's permission !!! Kriss Sheridan was against this upload, but he did not know how to remove it. He does not know how to create, edit or remove content from Wikipedia. There are many other pictures from Helmut Dietl on the Internet. If you wanna keep this one, then only a cut of Helmut Dietl, like you already did in Wikimedia. But without Kriss Sheridan's face ! This is a copyrighted content of Kriss Sheridan. If you violate against his will and his copyright rights, I am gonna file a lawsuit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.33.77.26 (talk • contribs) 15:32, 23. Apr. 2017‎ (UTC)

You talk about filing a lawsuit and at the same time you ask us to illegally steal images from the internet. That doesn't make sense. I repeat that there is a permission to use this file, and again I ask you what's wrong with that. Ask OTRS personnel for verification. On the other hand, while the permission is documented, you are just an anonymous IP and we don't even know if you are the one you pretend to be. --Sitacuisses (talk) 14:24, 23 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Sitacuisses -> Write me an email to jessica@kriss-sheridan.com or contact@kriss-sheridan.com (official email addresses that are on Kriss Sheridan official facebook fanpage) and you will get the same response. Kriss Sheridan never allowed this copyrighted picture to get uploaded on Wikipedia and we would like to get it removed. If you want to, we can agree to upload some other picture of him in future when the article exists. And regarding Helmut Dietl, you are allowed to crop just the Helmut Dietl (which you actually already did in his article). Regards, Jessica McBride

This is not about me, since I don't decide deletion requests and I'm not a member of the OTRS team either. I'm just asking questions and trying to point you to the relevant aspects. There is a permission, and somebody must have sent it. --Sitacuisses (talk) 17:29, 23 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Sitacuisses -> How to get to the OTRS team ? Or will our discussion be seen by them or automatically forwarded to them? I am just his manager trying to help my artist. Thank you in advance for your help.

I posted the link above and it's also on the file's description page. --Sitacuisses (talk) 04:04, 24 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: We do not take images down at the request of anonymous IP users. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 10:44, 1 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Jessica McBride, Kriss Sheridan's manager is urgently requesting to remove this file from Wikimedia. The copyright holder Kriss Sheridan has never allowed to upload this picture to wikimedia. The picture is unattractive. This file stucks since 5 years already and we are struggling with his deletion. The last time was unsuccessful because I was requesting from an "anonymous" IP address. Well, now I have an account. To confirm identity you can write me anytime at jessica@kriss-sheridan,com, the official email-address on the artist's official facebook. If the deletion process will still be unsuccessful, our next step will be a lawsuite file !!! And last, but not least: There are hundreds of better and more current photos of this artist I was offering for upload, and those are the pictures with our copyrights. Sincerely Jessica McBride -Manager- jessica@kriss-sheridan.com JessMcBride (talk) 23:18, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: OTRS permission. Moving this dispute to COM:OTRS/N. --Guanaco (talk) 09:44, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
