We have put thousands of hours into creating Timepage. We read every single one of your reviews. If you enjoy using Timepage please take a minute to leave us a nice review, thank you!
more I purchased Timepage and its partner, Actions, about a month ago, after trying so many calendar apps. Most are good apps, but all are missing some feature I would like to see. I really liked Timepage from the start. Different from many apps, Timepage has ‘instructions’. Now that is refreshing! The ‘User Guide’ and ‘How To’ are well written and extensive for optimum quick use. Timepage has all of the events and to-do items in one place. A 10 second glance and you know what’s on the day’s agenda, both appointments and events, and the never-ending list of things to do right there. Actions is its partner, which emphasizes to-do items, but still shows the events on that calendar. They communicate with the speed of lightning. You can use just Timepage without Actions, but the two are great together. In addition, the bright colors make it all very nice to look at. I strongly suggest using the trial period for both Timepage and Actions, so you can see all they do and how they integrate so well. I made a feature request of event times showing on the Timepage month view calendar. Several days later in an update, event times were instituted into the iPad month view calendar. I could see why that might not work well on the much smaller iPhone. So, I’m happy then to just look at the week view. No cIicks to make, just slide a finger. I could not believe how the developer was so receptive and quick with an update. I have communicated with them a couple of times...quick knowledgable responses. I like that!
Developer Response Thank you so much - it's lovely to hear that you're enjoying our apps so much! 🥰

I have used Timepage for a couple of years, and mostly love it, but might not continue my subscription when it renews. The design and function are, overall, great; however, due to a couple of annoying things I need to keep switching to other calendar apps for things Timepage either doesn’t do or I can’t easily find how to do in the documentation. The documentation isn’t great. If I go to the Timepage help section and search, I mostly get results for the Actions app, which I don’t use or even have installed. Two main issues I have with Timepage are rescheduling events and deleting recurring events. Other calendar apps I use have a nice reschedule function to browse for a free time on a future date, then automatically move the event to that date when selected. My main annoyance with Timepage is deleting recurring events. With other calendar apps I can choose to delete the current event or the current event and all FUTURE events, which is what I want to do so that there is still a record of past events. With Timepage, after pressing the dash in the top corner, I get the choice to delete the current event or ALL occurrences of the recurring event, which also deletes the past ones. It is the only calendar app that I have used that does this. If there is the ability to only delete future events, it isn’t apparent in the app or documentation. Still giving it 4 stars for overall nice design and function, but other calendar apps seem to be meeting my needs better.

Wow! I am blown away. I am coming from Notion and other apps, trying to find what best suits my needs as a college student and software developer. Notion was great, but I tended to waste too much time configuring everything. Sometimes you just need something simple that does the simple things well. I was immediately drawn to this app by the look of it’s beautiful interface, and after using it for a few weeks let me tell you how valuable this app is! The software works and looks beautiful! I have had no issues whatsoever. I really can’t believe the price they charge for you to use it, it’s an absolutely steal. Yes, it’s a subscription service but I don’t see the problem with this. This is what will allow the developers to continue pushing out updates. One of my favorite parts of the app is the seamless integration with their Actions app, which I use on a daily basis as well! I could not tell you how much value I find in these two apps. They allow me to keep track of my goals, important dates, and any assignments and projects that are on my schedule! The repeat feature is a lifesaver and I use it often, even to develop new habits! I initially tried out their studio of products which comes with the two apps I’ve mentioned plus their notebook app, but I didn’t find much use for it, and strangely enough, a company that’s known for their notebooks doesn’t have the greatest notebook app I have seen. No matter, I am happy to pay independent subscriptions for Timepage and Actions. If you are looking for organization and planning, do yourself a favor and try these apps!

Since getting to college, Timepage has been my go-to replacing my calendar app. I’m usually an analog planner kinda girl but found myself not getting things done bc I wouldn’t open my planner or the planner app. Because this app is so beautifully designed I want to open it. My only gripes are that the location feature do not offer a setting to put in your own location instead of one found on google maps. I would like to be able to use the location feature to input where assignments are supposed to be turned in or simply to input “Jessica’s dorm”. Everything that I want to use the location feature for does not have a precise mapped location. I would also enjoy a better time input mechanism because imputing times is very limited. If I have assignments due at midnight, the app seems to make it so that it’s 11:45 pm- 12:00 am. Being able to fully customize the times for events would be a big help. Lastly I would like an option to change the font and more colors than are offered and perhaps specific themes like a “retro” theme for example. This last one is a long shot, but it would be a amazing if Timepage could somehow integrate with Bear since i use both apps together. Overall I love the app and plan to use it in conjunction with my Hobonichi Techi Cousin as a backup (both digital and literal) and more portable planner. I enjoy being able to put my mode of transportation in as well as the rain settings though I think they could be more broad to include things like high winds, extreme weather, etc. This is an amazing app for anyone but as a freshman in college I feel like it’s a must have.

4.7.10 08/25/2025
Improved Japanese Calendar Support (and a fun fact):
We’ve fixed a bug in that affected how Japanese calendar years were displayed. Timepage now fully supports devices set to the Japanese calendar, so you’ll see the correct era and year—both in the app and widgets.
A fun fact about the Japanese calendar: The Japanese year system is tied to imperial eras. Each era begins when a new emperor ascends to the throne. For example, the Reiwa era started on May 1st, 2019, making that date the beginning of Reiwa 1, even though it was already partway through the Gregorian year. If a new emperor were to take the throne next week, Apple would need to release a system update so your device knows the name and start date of the new era.
