I like this app so much better than what Google designed themselves. When you have used an app for several years and never once think to replace it with something else, that's how you know it's the best. This app gives us the kind of views we want, seeing the month as a whole being able to tap any day on it and see that day's details below the month. Our whole family uses this app and the minute someone enters something we all see it. It syncs automatically. I can safely make doctor appointments for our kids knowing that all our calendars are showing. I love the ease of the UI with adding and editing. The only thing I wish the developer would do is stop moving details from my description line to the address line when an "@" or "AT" (my son's initials!) is in the description. It's a headache to go back in and straighten it out. We have reasons we use one of those in the description, and 9 times out of 10 it is NOT for the address. Anyway, that's it. The only wrinkle in an otherwise perfect app, and as you know that's not really a deal breaker. LolWhat little hiccups you may run into using it over time you would also run into with other apps. At sometime or another something gets out of whack or out of sync in any of them. With this app, the most I ever had to do was uninstall, reinstall, and re-sync - and wallah, all back to normal. Same with one of our other phones, when something isn't working, we just reinstall and reconnect the account and it's all back to normal. Nice and quick.
Good for planning/Update

Update: May 2020-Gave another star because it’s better now at not losing all text when adding events. However, now video ads are longer and more often. I’m still having issues with added events and miss the ability to just hit a icon to take me to “today’s date”, when I plan something written in another month or year. I have to swipe back to the month and then tap it to be taken back to “today’s date”. It’s slowly getting better. Update:March 2020-Typed events still disappear, but not as bad as before. Some stay, some don’t. Had issues with calendar not updating when I changed phones, despite being backed up on the cloud and reloaded. Had to painstakingly go through and add back all missing important dates I had that I thought would have been saved with cloud backup. I still use this calendar often despite these issues. Stars stay at 3. Update:~~~ Still removes half my text typed, which is aggravating. Took another star off. When I type “call due at 4pm”. I expect it to set time at 4pm, but not remove the typed message I “Want To read”. Still use despite the issues. Just retype over and over and over. ~~~I love this calendar to help keep my life straight with appts and important info.Update: Took a star off rating because I started having trouble constantly with my typed subject "disappears" everytime I type words or times to remember. It takes off the typed time and changes the time of I already out in... Or it removes half of the words I typed to remember. This is being beyond "annoying". Plus now ads pop up almost everytime I open calendar. I've been more than happy with this calendar up until last 6 months-year with whatever changes you made.... Now cause typing nightmare by having to"retype over and over my missing subject line and having to change the times it plugged in.
Pretty Good
blessed over and over
1st the most exciting part of this calendar is that you can have 2 different reminder times and it keeps them in place unlike iPhones that constantly switches the 1st and 2nd reminder around. That is the whole reason I switched to this calendar. I wish it had sound with the reminders, maybe it does and I just haven’t discovered it yet. Only other thing that would be nice if they fixed, is when moving an appointment to another date, the calendar then flips you to that date instead of staying on the date you were originally on. iPhones calendar used to do that too, but they fixed it. I’m constantly having to move items to the next day, because I can not finish in one day everything that needs to be done. It would be nice if I could move items from the date they were originally on and the calendar stay on the date I started with, so I can move several items and stay focused on that date. Instead if I move something to the 30th it goes to the 30th date then I have to scroll back to my original date, move my next item to the 30th, then scroll back to my original date and so on. One last thing that I wished they’d change and maybe it’s just me not knowing how to turn it off, but when I added this calendar it linked to my iPhone calendar, which was great to not have to re-input every single appointment, but now I just want to strictly use this calendar and not have both still linking together for all new future appointments. Other than that I love it. Having the frustration removed from my reminders constantly flipping around is enough to make my day!!!!
I really wanted this to work out...

I almost never submit reviews but since I paid to have this app until September I feel compelled to speak. I really wanted to like this app. And I guess if I only had one calendar to manage I would probably love it. I like the interface, the different views available, etc. Unfortunately, I have multiple calendars, for work and personal use, that I need to manage in a calendar app. And when I add an event in one calendar, say my Google calendar online, I need it to automatically sync across that calendar on my phone and iPad. It did that for a little while, but apparently over the last few days, the app decided that I didn’t need to see updated event info on my iPad that I created on my phone, or vice verse. Or that an event I created on my MacBook calendar didn’t need to sync to my iPad calendar. I have tried to be patient. Uninstalling and reinstalling this app multiple times. I timed it and it’s been over 20 minutes since I created a test event in my personal Google calendar on my MacBook that STILL has not shown up on my phone or iPad calendars. I have done everything imaginable to remedy this (like constantly hitting the sync button and toggling calendars on and off within the app) but nothing is working. So, goodbye Tiny Calendar. It’s been real but when my paid subscription expires on September 2 so will my use of this app.
Thanks for using Tiny Calendar!
