Tunguska 0.0.3 is released! Tunguska is a balanced ternary computer emulator that is loosely based on the binary 6502 processor, and roughly equivalent in performance.

The 0.0.3 release offers several new instructions, a major speed boost, a new brighter interface, a new manual and last but not least, a more agreeable assembler.
