Troubleshoot common issues
You can solve many common software issues like frozen apps, camera issues, or poor connectivity. Before you seek further help, try these steps.
- Restart your phone: A simple restart often fixes temporary issues.
- Check for app and system updates: Make sure your apps and phone software are up-to-date.

- Check in Safe Mode: You can temporarily disable all third-party apps with Safe Mode to help you identify if a downloaded app caused the issue. If the issue disappears in Safe Mode, try to uninstall recently added apps. Learn how to reboot to safe mode.
- Reset network settings: For issues with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cellular connectivity, try these steps.
