Video Training Resources
JAN video training resources (e.g., role play videos) depict common and complex ADA and job accommodation process situations. These videos and accompanying PowerPoint decks can be used to develop general training on the ADA and the accommodation process, to train employees who are responsible for processing accommodation requests, or by individuals with disabilities who want to learn about disability disclosure and how to request accommodations.
Solution Showcase Videos
JAN Solution Showcase Videos include information about equipment and assistive technology (AT) solutions that can be implemented as effective job accommodations. These videos can be used by anyone who wants to know how equipment and AT can accommodate individuals with disabilities.

Interactive Virtual Q&A Experience
Looking for an interactive learning experience? Consider hosting an Interactive Virtual Q&A with a JAN Consultant. Select a specific JAN webcast from the JAN Webcast Series Library, which is curated to address the trending needs of HR professionals, reasonable accommodation coordinators, and people leaders. Share the webcast of your choice with your team to view at their convenience. Then, bring your team together on your organization’s preferred virtual platform (e.g., Zoom or Teams) for a live Q&A session with a knowledgeable JAN Consultant. We recommend preparing questions in advance to facilitate discussion about the webcast topic. This is your chance to delve deeper into the topics that matter most to your organization, with the added benefit of real-time expert guidance on accommodations and the interactive process. Enhance your knowledge of workplace accommodation topics and gain practical insights with JAN's Interactive Virtual Q&A experience.
