Rick is the Founder and Managing Partner of Equal Ventures, an early-stage venture firm with just under $500m of committed capital, focused on investing in energy, commerce and insurance. Previously, we was an investor at Lightbank, Bowery Capital and Lightview Capital and began his career as a strategy consultant at Deloitte. He holds an undegraduate degree from Universifty of Richmond and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
