ITC Agents is a program within ITC Vegas built specifically for independent agents, brokers, and agency principals, a full day of agent-only content on Tuesday, plus total access to ITC Vegas for the rest of the week. It's held alongside the world's largest insurance innovation event, so agents get agency-specific programming without giving up access to the main event.

ITC Agents 2026 runs Tuesday, September 29 through Thursday, October 1, 2026. Agent-focused programming, including the Agency Leadership Masterclass and BrainShare workshop, is concentrated on Tuesday and Wednesday, with full ITC Vegas access continuing through Thursday's Official Closing Party featuring the Gin Blossoms.

ITC Agents is held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, the same venue as ITC Vegas, so agents move between agent-only sessions, Main Stage keynotes, and the Expo Floor without changing locations.

More than 800 independent agents, brokers, and agency principals attend ITC Agents each year, alongside carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs exhibiting on the dedicated agent-focused expo floor.

ITC Agents is $995 all-inclusive, which covers agent-only Tuesday programming plus full access to ITC Vegas.

Sessions span agency growth and M&A, succession planning, AI tools for sales and service, hiring and retention, agency visibility and marketing, and leadership development through the Agency Leadership Masterclass and the peer-led BrainShare workshop.

Information is virtually free and at our fingertips. So why spend time and money at a conference? We believe that in a digital, AI-powered world, nothing replaces the magic of in-person handshakes, serendipitous conversations over drinks or lunch, and the ‘lightbulb’ moments you can get from that one speaker who helped you see something differently. We believe there’s no substitute for booking three days out of your year to plan for inspiration to strike. 
We have an agenda. But we don’t have an ‘Agenda’ for you. Because we’re not a user conference or industry association (we have nothing against them!), you’ll find any network, any state, any vendor ecosystem represented here. No cliques, just good people and good conversations.

The speaking program emerges out of the recommendations of our advisory board and past attendees. We strive to ensure that you’re not just getting the high-level inspiration, but the playbook to put it into practice. That’s why most of our speakers are fellow agency owners. It’s why we have a BrainShare on Wednesday to digest the ‘download’ of ideas from Tuesday.
