Otto Rank
Otto Rank (gebore Rosenfeld; 22 April 1884 – 31 Oktober 1939) was 'n Oostenrykse psigoanalis, skrywer, en filosoof. Gebore in Wene, hy was een van Sigmund Freud se naaste kollegas vir 20 jaar, 'n produktiewe skrywer oor psigoanalitiese temas, redakteur van die twee voorste analitiese joernale van die era, besturende direkteur van Freud se uitgewery, en 'n kreatiewe teoretikus en terapeut. In 1926 het Rank Wene na Parys verlaat en vir die res van sy lewe 'n suksesvolle loopbaan as dosent, skrywer en terapeut in Frankryk en die Verenigde State gelei.
