What a pathetic delivery company. I ordered a drawer from Jysk and came smudged and slightly showed damage on edges. I also ordered a wardrobe and this company kept changing my delivery date and pushed it forward to days where I was not available or at home. People work! Deliver and pickup on weekends ffs! Then the wardrobe came, in 6 heavy boxes and all of them are damaged. The wardrobe is broken in multiple areas and probably got wet as well. I phoned Jysk on the 14/4 to have them pick up the wardrobe so I can get a refund. For two days I hear NOTHING! Then today at 6.08pm I get a message saying the wardrobe will be picked up tomorrow. I AM NOT IN. I HAVE TO WORK IN THE OFFICE! Stop picking dates and times without clarifying with the customers if that works for them! You are a pathetic company. Your staff damages furniture and the logistics staff is ignorant. Send schedule messages out on the morning! Not after 6 pm when I literally CAN'T PHONE TO RESCHEDULE! You are an embarrassment!
