That was the first and last time in this online shop.I found some collectible figures I was after in this online shop. Well overpriced, but I thought maybe they are at least customer-focused. Eventually I bought them on the spring sale.
After a week of silence and no sign of delivery I reached out to check why there was a delay. Allegedly the Royal Mail lost the parcels. All three of them !!!
No communication whatsoever from their side. I had to chase this myself contacting the shop every other day to investigate with Royal Mail. I still dont think the fault is on RM side. Now when I asked for a refund I have to wait another week to get my money back.
Don't wase your time buying online here. No real customer focus, no clear and real communication about you order status. All you can expect is appologies but only when you enquire about your bought items.
Utter dispappointment.
