I almost never write reviews but I cannot stress how much everyone should avoid this service. They are an utter disgrace and, quite frankly, crooks and frauds. I left my car with them for 5 days. The drop off procedure was OK - as instructed I called half an hour ahead of arriving and was met by one of their drivers on time. I paid the hourly short stay fee and handed the keys over. When I landed, I again followed the procedure and called after getting though security. Their employee told me my car would be with me in 50 minutes - their T and Cs say 30 minutes. As it happened, my car arrived an hour and a half later. Each time I called to ask where it was, the employee became increasingly rude and repeatedly said it would come in 10-15 minutes. It eventually came an hour later than the T and Cs said and 40 minutes later than he initially said. When it did arrive, there was no apology for the lateness - the driver simply handed me the parking ticket that I now needed to pay for without any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I told him the service had been totally unacceptable. However, this wasn't even my biggest issue with them. If the above is simply an example of poor service, I'd go so far as to say this company are frauds. A day into my trip, I received a number of missed calls from them and a message telling me I should urgently call them back. I did, and they told me that over a day after dropping it off my car was still in the short stay car park where I had left it as my MOT had expired. They were unable to drive it, but for £315 a local garage could recover it and perform an MOT before dropping the car off at their parking spaces. Reluctantly I agreed to do this as the alternative would have been to leave the car in the short stay all week and accumulate enormous parking fees - over £900 they said. While forgetting the date of my MOT expiry is obviously entirely on me, my attempts afterwards to keep updated on how the MOT had gone were ignored both in terms of calls and on whatsapp. When I returned from my trip, I was able to check things more thoroughly. No MOT was carried out, and the app I use for my insurance was able to tell me that my car actually was driven out of the car park immediately after I initially dropped it off. It was not still in the short stay car park accumulating huge fees as they claimed. Instead, it was already in their car park by the time they began trying to contact me about the MOT issue. My attempts to call and WhatsApp them for an explanation of what has gone on have all been completely ignored. So while I again acknowledge it was entirely my fault for forgetting my MOT expiry date and leaving myself open to this sort of thing, my message is that these people are dishonest, liars and frauds. Do not have any dealings with them as they frankly deserve to go bust
