I almost never write reviews but I cannot stress how much everyone should avoid this service. They are an utter disgrace and, quite frankly, crooks and frauds. I left my car with them for 5 days. The drop off procedure was OK - as instructed I called half an hour ahead of arriving and was met by one of their drivers on time. I paid the hourly short stay fee and handed the keys over. When I landed, I again followed the procedure and called after getting though security. Their employee told me my car would be with me in 50 minutes - their T and Cs say 30 minutes. As it happened, my car arrived an hour and a half later. Each time I called to ask where it was, the employee became increasingly rude and repeatedly said it would come in 10-15 minutes. It eventually came an hour later than the T and Cs said and 40 minutes later than he initially said. When it did arrive, there was no apology for the lateness - the driver simply handed me the parking ticket that I now needed to pay for without any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I told him the service had been totally unacceptable. However, this wasn't even my biggest issue with them. If the above is simply an example of poor service, I'd go so far as to say this company are frauds. A day into my trip, I received a number of missed calls from them and a message telling me I should urgently call them back. I did, and they told me that over a day after dropping it off my car was still in the short stay car park where I had left it as my MOT had expired. They were unable to drive it, but for £315 a local garage could recover it and perform an MOT before dropping the car off at their parking spaces. Reluctantly I agreed to do this as the alternative would have been to leave the car in the short stay all week and accumulate enormous parking fees - over £900 they said. While forgetting the date of my MOT expiry is obviously entirely on me, my attempts afterwards to keep updated on how the MOT had gone were ignored both in terms of calls and on whatsapp. When I returned from my trip, I was able to check things more thoroughly. No MOT was carried out, and the app I use for my insurance was able to tell me that my car actually was driven out of the car park immediately after I initially dropped it off. It was not still in the short stay car park accumulating huge fees as they claimed. Instead, it was already in their car park by the time they began trying to contact me about the MOT issue. My attempts to call and WhatsApp them for an explanation of what has gone on have all been completely ignored. So while I again acknowledge it was entirely my fault for forgetting my MOT expiry date and leaving myself open to this sort of thing, my message is that these people are dishonest, liars and frauds. Do not have any dealings with them as they frankly deserve to go bust

Worst app, worst costumer support service. I have had a very disappointing experience with this app. It has been quite stressful for me over the past two years. I ordered two suits, but only one was delivered, and the other has still not arrived. Since then, I have placed several more orders—around four or five times. Each time, they informed me that the amount was added to my wallet and encouraged me to place a new order using that balance. I followed their instructions and ordered suits again, but unfortunately, none of those orders were delivered. Whenever I contact customer service, they tell me that my case has been forwarded to the concerned department and is under review. However, I keep receiving the same response every time, and no proper resolution is provided. Neither have I received the suits, nor has my money been refunded. I have sent many emails and messages, but I have not received any helpful response. This situation has been very worrying for me. I hope the issue can be resolved soon, and I kindly request others to be cautious before placing orders.

This is not the first time I have received a less than satisfactory response from Skye’s and I find them to be very unhelpful. I have been with all of the holiday cottage companies over the years but when speaking to the people from Skye’s I find them abrupt and uncaring. This time around I asked if I could pay the holiday at the end of the month rather than today and just got a very blunt No. All other cottage holiday companies I have been with do this, Skye’s are the only ones that refuse to do it. It’s just handy to do it at the end of the month rather than the middle and the other companies I have been with understand that and are very lovely to work with. Then when going on the app to pay on the day it is DUE the app is giving me a warning ⚠️ saying it may be cancelled if I dont pay as it’s overdue. No, it’s not, tomorrow it will be overdue, not the day of payment. Their attitude towards customers and payment makes me feel like I’m dealing with a debt collection company and I shall not be using them again.

That was the first and last time in this online shop.I found some collectible figures I was after in this online shop. Well overpriced, but I thought maybe they are at least customer-focused. Eventually I bought them on the spring sale. After a week of silence and no sign of delivery I reached out to check why there was a delay. Allegedly the Royal Mail lost the parcels. All three of them !!! No communication whatsoever from their side. I had to chase this myself contacting the shop every other day to investigate with Royal Mail. I still dont think the fault is on RM side. Now when I asked for a refund I have to wait another week to get my money back. Don't wase your time buying online here. No real customer focus, no clear and real communication about you order status. All you can expect is appologies but only when you enquire about your bought items. Utter dispappointment.

2 out of the 3 fish were not what I ordered. Very poor condition, scales missing, one has a lengthy scrape down it's side. Hesitant to introduce to my other fish. With products and quarantine hopfully the fish will improve. The water they came in was understandable murky through fish waste but stank to high heaven, not normal good water quality. Don't buy according to there photos if fish on there website as there false.

I’ve just turned 60 and whilst i don’t look it, had begun to feel it.
