Prompt for new editor on NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH #1386

Description

@johan

When we fail to launch the configured editor due to an incorrect path pref, bring up the configuration for that setting.

More details in the excellent greasemonkey-dev request:

Hello.

I have two firefox's installed on my system, one for linux, one for
windows, both shares single profile. I am running both applications
with following command line :
for windows: firefox_windows\firefox.exe -profile .\profile
for linux: firefox_linux/firefox -profile -profile ./profile

I have installed Greasemonkey 0.9.6 and editor is set to Notepad++
from windows version.

Problem is that whenever I try to edit any greasemonkey userscript on
linux following error is added to error console :

Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure
code: 0x80520001 (NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH)
[nsILocalFile.initWithPath]" nsresult: "0x80520001
(NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH)" location: "JS frame ::
chrome://greasemonkey/content/utils.js :: GM_getEditor :: line 102"
data: no]

I understand the reason. Kindly make an update which asks for editor
when such error occurs.
