Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install this gist as a userscript (direct link)
  2. Visit https://github.com/

Expected result: New tab with google.com and an alert with "typeof GM_openInTab() is [object Object]"
Observed result: New tab and the abovementioned error thrown in GM_util.
