if scroll to top and try mark text via mouse it automatically jumps (scrolls) down #20044

I'm connected to this machine via RDP (using Windows App on an Mac).
Steps to reproduce
Longer output on screen, if I scroll up and try to mark text via mouse, terminal immediately scrolls back down (to the end) and the wrong text is marked.
If the setting "Beim Tippen zur Eingabezeile scrollen" - on typing scroll to current line - is turned off it works, then I can markup text everywhere. It seems the mouse button triggers a key pressed?
Expected Behavior
Scroll up and allow to mark/copy text via mouse even if typing scrolls to current line is active.
Actual Behavior
It scrolls down to current line
