A few CI jobs on Windows started to fail, probably due to the update to the latest VS on the github action machines (that unfortunatly we can't control/pin) and/or the update of vs2022 in conda-forge (see conda-forge/compilers-feedstock#72 and conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock#7473).
