Quest 3 wired mode doesn't connect for more than ~1 second #3245

When I attempt to connect to my Quest 3 using wired mode, it connects briefly before disconnecting and giving me a connection timeout.
General Troubleshooting
- I carefully followed the instructions in the README and successfully completed the setup wizard
- I read the ALVR GitHub Wiki
