More documentation needed / The description stops when the call starts

Thanks for starting this project, it looks promising. I gave it a shot and submitted the pull requests for things that were the most apparent

Would you be willing to spend some time and put some screenshots about how it's supposed to work? . I don't know if I'm using it incorrectly. For now what I did is that I created an empty hangout meeting and I joined it. I started parod and I started the recording and it didn't work. This was the first experiment.
The second experiment was to start parrot and then join the meeting. I can see that parrot with recording started started transcribing. As for the plain transcription without any calls works. However, the more the moment I enter the meeting like hangouts in the browser and for me it's Safari the Parrot stops transcribing.

I tried it couple of times and I cannot make it work.
