I have a Pi 5 4gb running Manjaro with KDE Plasma, I have the Waveshare Ups 3s with i2c features, I like your code a lot but I was wondering if you could add the above mentioned functions? A graceful shutdown when the ups isn't charging, and the batteries have 20% or less? I was hoping to have this as a protection for my Pi, ideally it'd start every time I turn on my pi automatically, run in the background with as little cpu/ram usage as possible, and would have some sort of Icon or Widget somewhere on the desktop or taskbar... Hope you'll consider this :) Or if you have any guidance I'd really appreciate it, LLM's keep trying to walk me through all these python scripts etc but I get lost in the terminal and have already had to reinstall my operating system once lol!
