Windows hsdoah build fails due to GCC change #19
Description
Following the build instructions for Windows fails currently because of function definitions in hsdoah that are no longer supported in GCC 15 (see steve-m/hsdaoh#9), but this can be temporarily resolved by passing -DCMAKE_C_STANDARD=99 to cmake.
