Add Better resizing for BSBGroups, other widgets

Implement better width/height options for BSBGroups so that user can set the sizes. This will end up being an option to have minimum width/height according to contained items but could be bigger. As an extension, width/height for all widgets should also be modifiable visually with drag handles.
