Adds an "AI Installation" section alongside the existing manual and Docker options, giving users a copy-paste prompt that points their coding agent at https://devdocs.krayincrm.com/agents.txt. Summarises what the agent will do so the reader knows what to expect before handing over: dependency checks, composer create-project, krayin-crm:install, and that it only prompts for database credentials and admin user details. Notes that the in-repo agent skills become active once the project exists, and that php artisan serve needs a terminal the agent can keep alive. Also renumbers the Topics list, which had two entries numbered 4.
The banner image under the Krayin Cloud Hosting section was not clickable, so only the text link above it led anywhere. Wraps the image in a link to https://krayincrm.com/crm-cloud-hosting.
