Description:
This is an intermediate step to improve maintainability and further development. Main thing was to split the huge file into smaller ones with very few real refactoring.
Public API and private members are unchanged. No intended change in behaviour.
By reordering the private members this should shrink ESP8266 firmware binaries (tasmota-display) by a few bytes, but this is more of a side note.
