Situp 是一个计划日志 App，它不仅拥有完整的计划制定、发布、打分功能，同时还拥有自己的社区。用户既可以制定自己的日程，还可以向世界分享自己的感受。
随着科技进步以及互联网的普及，大大改变了信息的传播方式及速度，有效提高了学习工作的效率，使人们的生活节奏越来越快，再加上高密度的学习和高压力的工作，使大学生普遍运动不足，导致健康状况下降。大学生的健康问题已成为一个社会问题，越来越多的大学生意识到健身的重要，这使得大学生对健身越来越重视。 由于大学生课余时间较为充分且自由灵活，大部分学生对于时间的利用大部分在于社团，组织，游戏或者是学习等方面，使时间安排得不尽合理科学而忽略了对自身的身体素质的提高。所以SitUp针对目前现状，实施日程打卡计划，培养用户养成良好健身习惯。
