What if we have a system notification when a new pull request is ready to review (I noticed the new tag)?
We could use OSC 9 and/or OSC 777 (https://ghostty.org/docs/vt/osc/9) so notification is handled by terminal (if compatible).
It would be good to be able to enable/disable it by configuration.
