WCAG is not HTML-specific. it's technology-agnostic for any content that is classed as "web content". so unless certain aspects simply don't exist for a particular technology, all WCAG SCs already apply as they are. |

Got it but there seems to be to existing testers for a WEBGL/3D program, most testers Ive seen are HTML/CSS based. What would you suggest the workaround for this be? |

A late reply, assuming you mean "testers" as in automated accessibility checkers? Well, even for HTML/CSS those don't cover everything anyway. So the answer to that is: you need to test manually. Evaluate the content against the requirements of the success criteria. |
