Support Z-Index #101

I also use https://github.com/gorbit99/codewindow.nvim, but if the minimap is showing, the scrollbar is hidden.

It would be good to be able to set the scrollbar to a higher z-index to compensate.
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternate would be asking codewindow plugin to support more positioning args to offset its position from the edge of the window.

None, i think this one is pretty straightforward.
