Detect Battery on/off #358

Description

@simoncarrignon

I personally don't use the them for aesthetic but to save power. As I have a OLED screen on my laptop, the black them save a lot of power and I switch from black to white manually using a short cut I set up. It's nice but I realise I really only switch when my laptop's battery is almost dead, as I forget to do it before.Having an option that automatically switch on and off when adapter is plug/unplugged would be great!

I started to have a look at the code, and how the automatic switch based on time is done, and I think I could try something at some point but have no idea when... I am not super familiar with GUI in general, and it will take time for me to be used to the class and the object implemented. Anyway, who know, maybe one day I'll come back to it and actually start implementing something so I leave this issue here!
