Poorly integrated software disrupts workflows, increasing inefficiencies and compromising patient safety.
Bad user experience (UX) design of clinical systems increases cognitive load, fuelling clinician burnout.
Locked-in health data prevents patient engagement and information exchange, leading to fragmented and unsafe care.
Misaligned health tech fails to support evidence-based practice, reducing care quality and increasing risk of harm.

Hi, I'm Pascal. I am a clinician & informatics nerd.
I love to design and build stuff.
I’m a clinician, CPHIMS-certified informatics nerd, and former web developer with 10+ years in clinic and hands-on experience building FHIR-based systems, AI tools, and digital health solutions. I bridge the gap between tech and clinical practice, ensuring innovations are usable, standards-driven, and evidence-based to improve patient outcomes.
And I love helping others to do the same.
I assist small teams entering healthcare tech and those struggling to make their tools work in clinic. Need support with interoperable architecture, FHIR, safe and meaningful AI use, or UX optimization? I'd be happy to help.
Let's start with a chat.
What does a clinical informaticist actually do?
What kind of projects do you engage with?
What roles can you take in a project?
What if my team already has developers?
At what stage should we get you involved?
How do we get started?
