My new DebianDog<\/a>\/Puppy Linux<\/a> derivative is built using the Forky Build Script<\/a>. It is compatible with Debian Forky<\/i> – upcoming Debian 14<\/a>. It is for UEFI<\/a> computers and non-UEFI computers. Build 260125 uses LXQt 2.3<\/a> as Desktop Environment (DE). “Compatible with Debian 14” means that you can use the apt commands (apt update, apt upgrade, apt install MyUsefulPackage<\/i> etc.) and Synaptic<\/a> for installing thousands of new Debian packages in PuppEX Forky64. PuppEX Forky64 can easily be installed manually (frugal install<\/a>) to hard drive if you have at least one Linux system installed. You must also use Grub<\/a> as boot loader.
