Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do that unless you tell the uninstaller to delete your data when asked.</p>

<p dir="auto">I already reinstalled it, cleared everything from cookies to tabs to addons to browser history but nothing worked.</p>
<p dir="auto">Everytime it happens I have to restart Opera GX to use it properly for a few minutes till it occurs again. I installed OperaGx and tried to log in with my original account that I have used for a couple years now and every single time I try to log in, it gives me this error "An error occurred. Please try again."<br />
I get this error no matter how many times I've tried to log in, and properly do the extremely annoying captcha images. I've tried running the browser as Admin as well, and no matter what, I cannot make it past just the very start where it asks for my email to log in. I don't even get to the password part. Can someone please help me? I have hundreds of websites saved and important tabs on my original account.</p>

As you can see, i have opened a tab and everything loads and works other than:</p>

<li>the background doesn't load;</li>
<li>the speed dail doesn't load.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">It just happened one day without warning and here is what i have done to try and fix that:</p>
<ol>
<li>deleted all mods and extensions;</li>
<li>cleared my browsing history;</li>
<li>tweaked some settings for storage;</li>
<li>deleted some history cehes in the files;</li>
<li>deleted and reinstalled opera;</li>
<li>asked ARIA.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">What else can a failing 12th grader like me do? At this point i just want any anwer, it could be "womp womp, get a better system" , "nope can't help" , "this is a sign from God to git gud" or an actual solution to my problem.</p>

The language must be set to Spanish somewhere.</p>
<p dir="auto">I see the message basically says:</p>

<p dir="auto">That usually means the profile at "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Developer" is being used by an Opera process or another process or its damaged or the permissions for that folder are not set to allow your user to read and write to the folder and its contents. I would rename that "Opera Developer" folder to "Opera Developer old" and then try to start Opera.</p>
<p dir="auto">First though, I would make a test <a href="https://reddit.com/r/operabrowser/wiki/opera/new_profile/#wiki_standalone_installation" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">standalone installation</a> of Opera Developer to a folder named "Opera Developer Test" on your desktop. If that Opera won't load either, there's probably really something wrong with Windows.</p>

Ну а если же вы пропишете как я выше советовал, в настройках Windows, то все приложения будут работать через него.</p>

Try to reload.&quot; error message on a clean install of Opera and Opera GX]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">You can hit ctrl + shift + j to load the error console to see if there are any errors for Twitter. Maybe one of the error messages will reveal something.</p>
<p dir="auto">In the developer tools, you can switch to the network tab, check "disable cache", and hit ctrl + r to reload the twitter page to test if the network log shows any errors.</p>
<p dir="auto">Also in the developer tools, you can hit the 3 dots at the top right, goto "more tools", choose "network conditions", turn of the use of the default user agent and then set Opera to identify as Chrome or Firefox. Then, ctrl + r to reload the page again to test if that helps.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can also test with Opera's VPN on to test if that makes a difference.</p>
