Super complicated to integrate. I've tried multiple times to install the app and it is not working. I have a verified Facebook and Instagram account, set up the Meta Business Suite and it's not working. I've updated the review because it is now working, but not without figuring out all the bits and pieces for it to integrate.
complicada poco intuitiva, francamente muy mala, no propone soluciones solo te enlaza a textos enormes y genericos de Meta. constantemente se rompe la integracion, es una pesadilla.
Meta has degraded over all for user experience. Ghost restrictions that are not associated with our account that support has no idea where they are from, and agrees they shouldn't be on our account... But fails to remove... Passing me to support agent to support agent who ask for the same screenshots over again. Chats that don't reload when there is an update with support.... And huge glitches in our instagram views in business suite... Plus our shop isn't visible. Customers end up losing their coupon codes and can only shop via ads where they mostly give up from frusteration.
