Definitely wish there was some more capability, like being able to touch customer phone number instead of just email. App is good for setting up some helpful flows.

Sehr kompliziert. "Sending Mail" bleiben bei aktualisierung/Anpassung nicht erhalten und Vorlagen verknüpfen funktioniert nicht. Bei neuverknüpfung müssen alle Betreffs und Voransichten neu eingegeben werden, da in der Vorlage nicht vorhanden. Flows müssen an 3 verschiedenen Stellen aktiviert werden bis wirklich aktiv. Etc....

Love the help to create auto workflows! Helps me problem solve and saves so much time. Sets reminders, checks stock and alerts. Thank you for making my job easier and helping to fulfill customer orders faster.

The add to store button and turn on work flow buttons and the more actions button were missing. When I refreshed the page, they disappear after 2 seconds. The AI chat is oblivious. I ended up having to quickly click add to store before the button disappeared.

Great time savings but the UI needs to be improved, e.g. being able to include AND and OR conditions in one step.

No auto-decline action exists. The Collabs Flow connector only has an "Approve Applicant" action — there's no decline/reject action available. So this workflow flags them instantly rather than auto-declining, but it makes the manual decline a single click.

Engagement rate isn't exposed. The trigger only surfaces follower counts (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), not engagement rate. So the < 3% threshold can't be used directly. As a rough proxy, I can add a follower count condition (e.g., flag anyone under a certain follower threshold) if that would help.

Very powerful and highly useful. Terrible interface and development is unnecessarily complicated as a result. Once you "muddle" through the weirdness of it (even for Shopify) it can be used productively.

I do notice periodic "outages" every couple of months or so, when Flows that normally work without a problem fail to fire for a time, but they "come back" after a short time. I'm not sure that I would trust this for anything "financial" or "mission-critical" in nature but it's OK for marketing and housekeeping functions.

very good, but does need a sanity check after each setup. Has a weird thing where it requires the use of paid for apps for some ai driven flows. I simply remove this but needs to be looked into.

Testing is uneasy. Also, can't select and copy the test data easily (data that appears in green in the test results)
