YES @twentycrm has json object fields. Such a simple feature and yet so many CRMs don't. It allows me to add data without caring too much about the data model, and eventually make it cleaner if the model gets stable

2025年初の法人案件が決まった。同じ顧客から複数の案件が出るケースも増え、今年に入ってからは専用の顧客管理システムを導入して管理してる。CRMとして利用してるのが@twentycrmだけどかなりいい↓。CRMを検討されてる方には超オススメ。あと、オープンソースなのでプログラミングの勉強にもなる。
