Regulatory clarity starts with knowing who owns what. CRIF Vietnam joined a Roundtable Discussion on Strengthening Compliance with Economic Concentration Regulations in the Education Sector, organized by the Vietnam Competition Commission, Ministry of Industry and Trade Vietnam, in Ho Chi Minh City. Tu Nguyen, General Director of CRIF Vietnam, presented "An Overview of Education Provider Systems in Ho Chi Minh City's Current Non-Public K-12 Integrated Education Services Market", based on a survey of multi-level private schools across the city covering ownership structure, curriculum and tuition. Concentration analysis starts with something that sounds basic and rarely is: knowing which legal entity sits behind each school brand, and how far up the ownership chain actual control sits. In a sector where schools are known by their brands rather than their corporate names, that is where most of the work lies, and it is the part that tends to be underestimated. Thank you to the Vietnam Competition Commission for convening the discussion. Conversations like this are what help build a more transparent, accountable market ecosystem, one that regulators, operators, and families can all trust. #EconomicConcentration #MergerControl #Compliance #UBO #OwnershipData #Vietnam #CRIFVietnam

CRIF Forum Indonesia 2026 is a wrap. Across today's sessions, one idea kept surfacing: trusted data is Indonesia's competitive edge. From the Vice Minister of Trade's opening remarks to sessions on energy transition, the 2027 macro outlook, AI adoption, and supply chain transparency, the conclusion was the same: data quality and ownership transparency are strategic advantages. Thank you to our speakers and panellists for making today as valuable as it was: Bimar Antariksa, Managing Director, Indonesia, CRIF Dyah Roro Esti Widya Putri, Vice Minister of Trade, Republic of Indonesia Satya Hangga Yudha Widya Putra, Technical Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Mikhael Lalwani, Chief Executive Officer, Corim Group Indonesia Anne Patricia Sutanto, Head of Trade, APINDO Oki Stefanus, Partner, EY-Parthenon Indonesia Strategy and Transactions Rini Satriani, Senior Vice President/Economist, Indonesia Eximbank Beatrice Pravinata, Head of Consulting, NTT DATA, Inc. We are closing #CRIFForum2026 Indonesia on a theme that ties the whole day together: trust. Dr. Andi Taletting Langi, Director of Business Entities, Directorate General of AHU, Ministry of Law, is making the case for UBO transparency as a strategic asset, not just a regulatory obligation. A few things standing out from the session: • Trusted data starts with trusted ownership: you cannot fully trust business data without knowing who really owns or controls a company • Beneficial ownership transparency is both a compliance win and a genuine business advantage, unlocking smoother due diligence, easier banking, lower risk, and better access to investment and procurement • Indonesia is moving from basic reporting toward active verification and cross-agency data sharing, with privacy safeguards built in along the way #Indonesia #BeneficialOwnership #TrustedData #CRIFAsia

At #CRIFForum2026 Indonesia, our Executive Panel is tracing counterparty risk, working capital, and long-term partner selection back to one thing: visibility into the ecosystem Indonesia's leading corporations operate in. Moderated by Erik Ridwan Santoso, CFA, Managing Partner, PT. Synectics One, the panel features Indar Barung, Chief Executive Officer, PT Semen Indonesia Logistik (SILOG), and Sulaeman, Managing Director of Business II, Indonesia Eximbank. Some takeaways from this conversation: • True visibility goes well beyond financial reporting, it means understanding operational reality, counterparties, supply chain context, and data quality all at once • The biggest opportunity is turning reporting from a compliance or tax exercise into a real decision-making and risk-assessment tool • Resilience is a team sport: ministries, corporates, financiers, and ecosystem partners each hold a piece of the puzzle, and connecting those data sources is what makes the whole picture possible #IndonesiaCorporation #SupplyChainResilience #RiskManagement #CRIFAsia

At #CRIFForum2026 Indonesia, this roundtable picks up where most AI conversations stop: how far organisations can push AI without losing control of governance. Moderated by Eric Listyosuputro, Partner, EY-Parthenon Indonesia Strategy & Transactions, the panel features Beatrice Pravinata, Head of Consulting, NTT DATA, Inc., Indra A. Sanjaya, Chief Risk Officer, PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, and Dr Timothy Astandu, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Populix. A few things coming through from the conversation: • The real AI divide isn't who's using it and who isn't, it's who has moved past pilot projects into embedding AI in core decisions, and the panel's clear playbook for getting there is to start narrow: prove value on a few priority use cases, then scale • AI delivers its biggest wins when it redesigns an entire workflow rather than sitting on top of it as a thin layer, with the strongest cases tied to faster decisions, lower cost, and real revenue impact • The next frontier isn't technical, it's organisational: strong governance, security, and data readiness are what let companies scale with confidence, while trust, explainability, and sharper leadership are what turn AI into a decision partner, not just a tool #Indonesia #AI #DataTransformation #CRIFAsia

Presenting an Industry Outlook at #CRIFForum2026 Indonesia, Dian Ayu Yustina, Economist and Department Head of Macroeconomic and Financial Market Research, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., is laying out a forward view of Indonesia 2027: Risks, Opportunities, and Growth Drivers. A few things standing out from the session: • Downstream industrialisation, energy, logistics, and consumer sectors are flagged as the clearest capital magnets • Structural constraints, not cyclical ones, are the bigger threat to sustaining 5% growth • Data-led strategy is framed as the differentiator between sectors that scale and sectors that stall #Indonesia2027 #EconomicOutlook #GrowthDrivers #CRIFAsia

Our Executive Dialogue is underway at #CRIFForum2026. This panel is unpacking how Indonesia's business leaders are still finding room to grow amid geopolitical fragmentation, rupiah volatility, cautious bank credit, and tighter global capital flows. Moderated by Rini Satriani, Senior Vice President/Economist, Indonesia Eximbank, the panel features Mikhael Lalwani, Founder & Group Chief Executive Officer, CORIM Group, Anne Patricia Sutanto, Head of Trade, Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO), and Oki Stefanus, Partner, EY-Parthenon Indonesia Strategy and Transactions. A few things coming through from the conversation: • Confidence is coming less from certainty and more from adaptability, though intuition can still matter when conditions move faster than the data • Leaders cannot just optimise for their internal plan, but also have to manage policy risk, regulatory shifts, and stakeholder alignment outside the company • Volatility is something to design for, not just survive, using scenario planning, advocacy, hedging, and supply-chain positioning to turn risk into advantage #IndonesiaLeaders #EconomicOutlook #BusinessResilience #CRIFAsia
