A special congratulations to University of Washington, who led the paper recognized as Best Paper (DB track) at NeurIPS 2025 conference: Artificial Hivemind: The Open-Ended Homogeneity of Language Models (and Beyond). They introduced INFINITY-CHAT, a large-scale dataset of 26K open-ended queries with 31K+ human annotations, revealing the Artificial Hivemind effect—LMs producing similar outputs across runs and models. Their work provides a valuable taxonomy and framework for evaluating diversity, creativity, and human-aligned responses in language models. 🔹 Full paper: https://ow.ly/tIQH50XKApQ This research was funded in part by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) ITM through the ALIGN team led by Kitware, see our recent blog for more details: https://ow.ly/ZoWm50XKApP #DARPA #AI #EthicalAI #ExplainableAI #HumanAlignedAI #NeurIPS2025 #MachineLearning #Cybersecurity

Long build times slowing your workflow? CDash 4.6 now supports CMake’s experimental build instrumentation, giving you detailed visibility into command-level performance. Interactive flame graphs show all build commands, color-coded by type: compile, link, or custom, so you can quickly spot bottlenecks. Filter by targets, like cmliblzma, or by file paths to see exactly when commands run and overlap. Memory usage is displayed alongside the graph to help correlate resource changes with build activity. Read the blog for a full example using a CMake build and see how this feature can streamline your build analysis. 👉 https://ow.ly/xX9J50XGhvu #CDash #CMake #OpenSourceTech
