Not convenient/No notifications

I enjoy the app because it allows for clear event communication. Easy to use as far as entering events/expenses into the app. However, editing is terrible. 1. It’s unlike a regular calendar, where if you have a series of events (parenting time every other weekend, kids practice every Monday, etc) you can’t edit the series, you have to EDIT EACH EVENT. We switched parenting time/days when the new school year started and we have to edit every single entry instead of the series, you can’t cancel the series. 2. You can’t have overlapping “events”. I have in the calendar all of the school breaks, so I can’t put it her camps/activities during the same time because it gives me an error that there is already an event at that time, but there isn’t. The system must only recognize the times and that it is a special event. It has been helpful for the most part, but as we are progressing and our kids are getting older, it’s beginning to be a pain to use. I will continue to use until I find a better solution only because I don’t want to have to update again.

The new update from the last few days is fantastic. It isn’t freezing up on me anymore which was causing me to force the app to shut down and restart. The interface is slick and feels more modern. And I love what you guys did with the read receipts. I’m still having an issue with not being able to scroll up very far to see previous messages so I have to export a report in order to see those messages. I still have a lot of functions to test out, but I’m sure those are great as well. Keep up the great work. The best thing about this app is how simple it is, and how it’s focused on communicating rather than litigating.

I was so hopeful to have found such an app to facilitate communicating with coparent. Had very high hopes. I Bought the app. Added my coparent. Cannot read his texts on the app itself, I just get the notifications on my iPhone, and when I try to send a message, I’m taken to a pop up that asks me to either disconnect parent or block them. Which I do not want to do. There are time sensitive messages due to extreme health issues that my son has and this isn’t working for us. Sent a couple of messages to support team and I’m still waiting for their assistance...I am hoping they will resolve said issue...Edit: Thankfully they resolved the issue same day and so far so good!

- Calendar now shows who's parenting time it is on synced calendar events
- Redesigned the chat message box to auto-grow as you type
- Chat history now loads older messages as you scroll up
- Tap a message to view its details (sent/read time, etc.)

- Ability to cancel a parenting time request you sent, before your co-parent accepts it
- Push notification and location permission prompts now guide you to Settings if you'd previously turned them off
- Export date range now pre-fills from whichever report month you were viewing

- Fixed a mismatch between the in-app report and the exported PDF's parenting-time numbers
- Fixed chat messages being marked as read immediately on app open, even before you opened the chat
- Fixed the parenting-time calendar pill not rendering correctly across month boundaries and multi-day events
- Fixed forfeited days incorrectly cutting off the parenting-time pill on the same day
- Fixed calendar entries in the list view not showing their end date/time
- Fixed a cancelled parenting-time request showing a raw, unformatted notification title
- Fixed notification ordering and set a notification entry limit
- Fixed expense totals showing extra rounding instead of exact amounts
- Fixed Calendar Sync becoming unresponsive when the toggle was tapped repeatedly, and added a repair pass so it recovers cleanly
