Revocation and savings37.

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the following Regulations are revoked—

(a)

the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 M1 (“the 1992 Regulations”);

(b)

the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours (Amendment) Regulations 1995 M2;

(c)

the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours (Amendment) Regulations 1998 M3.

The revocations made by paragraph (1) do not have effect in relation to any contract which was concluded under the 1992 Regulations before the commencement date.

For the purposes of paragraph (2), “contract” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the 1992 Regulations.
