Udha@sq.wikipedia

To process your request, the admin of sqwiki needs to confirm your claim. Would you do that? --Sotiale (talk) 09:10, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
@Sotiale: Unfortunately, most admins are inactive there, so this disruptive user can keep continuing his edit-wars. Do you know an admin whom you can inform? One user informed admins Klein Muçi and Liridon on their respective discussion pages in the Albanian wikipedia.--Franz Kasulke (talk) 10:28, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
@Sotiale: I'm an admin of SqWiki. The problem is deeper than what we're seeing described here. Udha and Hatake are 2 users who have been edit warring in different IPs and accounts for more than 5 years now in our community. We have blocked more than 20 accounts of them and they keep coming back in different ways. The truth is they do help expanding articles but the disruption they bring forth in the community far outweighs the gain from that. No one from our community, normal user or administrator, wants to deal with them anymore now and they've started bringing their fights here. I'm 90% sure that the aforementioned user above Franz Kasulke is, again, just Hatake. If you check this page, you'll see some of his blocked accounts and I can confirm the list there is far from being complete because it hasn't been updated in a while. The real list is bigger than that. Even if he's not, this user most likely is. I do believe that the other user is in fact Udha but I'd like to have a deeper discussion in regard to this problem with the global community because as I said, what we're doing here is just an extension of what we have been doing all this time at SqWiki, one user is just using his chess moves to block the other one, and I don't know if this is the right place to have that discussion. I do mention the global community because more than 4 admins and bureaucrats have tried to solve this persisting problem in different ways over the years, even communicating with the 2 users privately, and the results have been totally unfulfilling as they always keep coming back in different ways and start the cycle all over again. On the other hand we always welcome them back for a short while somehow because of the help they bring in articles (before the cycle restarts). I can guarantee Liridon, one of the oldest users in our community, will say more or less the same when he sees the mentioning. - Klein Muçi (talk) 11:00, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
@Sotiale: Nope, I am not him but I noticed that several open proxies are used there. I know that Udha is known as Turkophobic and Islamophobic.--Franz Kasulke (talk) 11:10, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
The problem is easier than Klein likes to bring it here: Hatake and Udha are two blocked users along with their sockets, having consumed all of the means to come to an agreement - as Klein stated - and given that it is so, it's a closed discussion. As it seems Kleini forgets his being practical in English and likes to romanize as if scrutinazation and retrospective solves things. The nowadays topic is regarding an avalange of mass-reverting IPs since the 5th of March: edit-warring, calling names and WP:Battlegrounding everything regarding their simingly "prefered" articles: being the writer's Ismail Kadare's page, his works, and his feuds alimented by his minions. Easily verifiable simply putting together the IPs editation maps and everybody will see the pattern clearly. And even if your leave these aside, last night in the most undignified way offending defunct individuals of our culture and then some (the verb për të ngordhur in Albanian is used only for animals, pretty much like the informal croak in English; alluding towards me being Nazimi's son ("kopil" used by him means bastard, he expressively uses one of the most offensive verbs in Albanian "i shkërdhyer", as most verbs in English can be used as adjectives, having an area of meanings nit mostly used instead of the 4th in this list) and the admin just stood there and yet has't blocked the IP for this undecent language. It is my first time writing here (here meaning in the Checkuser section, because I did write to our colleagues and neighbours) after 4 months of various contributions in Sq.Wiki, not as this old timer that keeps baby-sitting and dramatizing his editings, but it seems inevitable bringing things here due to the passivity of the admins in our community in the decision-making process and not having the lucidity to discern an honest contributor from a biased, most probably payed, curator of a writer's image.--Ikranjani (talk) 11:47, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
This again is just another chess move to divert attention to his original aim which is to block his "archnemesis". We've been playing this game as a community for years now, dealing with each complain separately by both parties until we understood that the list couldn't ever be exhausted. I didn't want to have this discussion here, not wanting to pollute the checkusers requests but given that it is happening anyway, I'm going on. What we are looking for as a community is either for technical advice on how to deal with cases like these where multiple accounts and proxies are used throughout the years or for help on the social manner on conflict/edit warring solving situations. Throughout the time we've failed in achieving satisfactory results in any of those subjects in regard to this conflict. Not only this but the conflict has escalated far outside of WikiWorld where me and other admins have been continuously emailed and messaged multiple times on social media and more in regard to this situation, the most problematic case being a whole list of emails making threats of suicide in regard to one of the blocks the community made in the past. The threats lasted for several hours in many emails straight and I was forced to contact the Wikimedia Foundation for them as mentioned here. I strongly insist on having a deeper conversation on the subject with 1 or more Stewards interested that covers the whole range of events, all the accounts included and their contributions while keeping in mind the off-wiki events. This is not only about 1 or 2, or 5 small edit wars but about giving a definitive solution to a bigger, persistent problem we've been having throughout the years as a community. - Klein Muçi (talk) 12:16, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

@Klein Muçi: Thanks. This request is a space for checkuser, so I'd like to make sure that what I understand is correct for you. Do you think this request is from one user in the dispute to investigate a user on the other? Also, do you think the handling of this request is inappropriate? For the solution to your community, it's a good to find a suitable place after concluding this checkuser request. --Sotiale (talk) 12:45, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

@Sotiale: I believe so, yes. As for the request handling, this is where we step into a grey area. There's nothing wrong per se in using checkuser powers on one of the users mentioned (or even on all parties involved). The problem is that we sort of are already sure of their existence. We can block them even now for community disruption. But unfortunately, we've done that thing many times in the past and the problem persists. Given that we are discussing it on a global level now, I'd hope for a more definite solution of which, checkuser examination may just be one of the steps involved. If we are to be concise, then the best solution would be to have a checkuser examination performed even on user Ikranjani in regard to it being Hatake/his other accounts (which I mentioned above). This would make way for a double blocking. (Of which, unfortunately, I'm not to fond of because as I've said, we've already traveled that road many times now but what to do...) - Klein Muçi (talk) 13:03, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

@Klein Muçi: Thanks. This request is a space for checkuser, so I'd like to make sure that what I understand is correct for you. Do you think this request is from one user in the dispute to investigate a user on the other? Also, do you think the handling of this request is inappropriate? I see you've taken a liking in board games during this last year Klein, mentioning chess moves twice that is. In my four months of editing I didn't have one single enemy, and I dare say that some of my editings are exceptional for the Sq.Wiki standards, so at least a "thanks" or "good job pal" would be at order before implying me having an alleged archnemesis. But giving the Aristotelian subtrate the discussion is having, from nemesis comes catharsis; but we should expect a miracle for the admin staff tackling hubris. I'm sorry for the suicide threat e-mails you had, as it seems you have a honorable namus, but this whole year was a trying time for the human kind, so gayret. For it is in the times of need that we need courage and not wailing individuals. And if this wailing individual is the abovementioned Udha, in this case we have a 6 year old baby-sitting user. But I am curious, in that string theory of yours caretaking off-wiki events, what is the recommanded approach towards a defunct moral compass such as the one that offended a defunct individual? Or do you need technical advice here for that? --Ikranjani (talk) 13:09, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
The emails were sent before the pandemic started. As I mentioned yesterday in my talkpage, throughout the years I've grown forcibly used to this kind of rhetoric with both of you so I won't delve too much in addressing your overall message above or the irony on it. As for the specific approach to be taken, as established, this is not the place to discuss it. If @Sotiale: can help address the whole conversation in a more suitable place, I'd be happy to elaborate further. - Klein Muçi (talk) 13:37, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
Well, how would I know when you had the e-mails, I simply said I'm sorry, because I perceive you as sentimental guy. I guess that if the wailing individual would have needed a tissue or handkerchief in off-wiki situation, you would have lended one. But we are in-wiki Klein, not off, and in here you have some tools, so you have to take responsability towards that kind of language and use them. Given that the IP reestablished his PUSH-POV again for today.--Ikranjani (talk) 15:47, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

Please keep in mind that this is not a forum. What matters here is whether this checkuser request is suitable or not. First of all, looking at the comments of sqwiki admin, I don't think the handling of this request is appropriate. Therefore, I mark this request as   Not done. Klein Muçi, you can make separate checkuser requests for both users, if necessary, with appropriate rationale. It's up to you. --Sotiale (talk) 12:09, 16 March 2021 (UTC)

@AmandaNP: Thank you for handing the above request! --LuciferianThomasTalk 05:41, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
May I know what exactly does declined mean in this case? Unrelated or unprocessed? LuciferianThomasTalk 05:42, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
Declined means unhandled or not checkusered. I felt the evidence wasn't strong enough given finding the large sock group and the other two being unrelated. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 10:14, 22 March 2021 (UTC)

Wikieditor780@hi.wikipedia

Confirmed plus Riyaz903. All locked. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 17:55, 22 March 2021 (UTC)

@AmandaNP:, can you run another cu as a another user Infohab got active[14] today and removing afd templates from promotional pages on hiwiki.--Ts12rAc (talk) 18:51, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
Ya it's them and I locked. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 23:02, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

Manodestina@fr.wikipedia

Not done frwiki has it's own local checkusers and we can't intervene in that process. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 12:45, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

Jutarnji@hr.wikipedia

Everyone is blocked, I'm not seeing the need for a CU. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 21:03, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
@AmandaNP: Please find sleepers and block an IP range to prevent them from creating more accounts if possible. Ivi104 (talk) 23:07, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
Ok, I can see the point of sleeper checks since they are SPAs, and likely have more burried.   Doing... -- Amanda (aka DQ) 00:33, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
All are coming back either within the same country (with different information/networks) or are using proxies. CU will not be of help here. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 00:42, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

Imhereformuffins@ro.wikipedia

Not done If it is a duck, and there is no chance at sleepers, and they are already blocked, I see no reason to check it. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 22:57, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

Joker.tsang@zh.wikipedia

The use of proxies makes this difficult. I would say there is a chance they are related to the last check. Itsfine201 may also be related. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 14:54, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

ŽIVIO KUBURAAA KRALJINA@hr.wikipedia

Also please check users Kaficrazgovor (villagepump-talk) and Ssuuradnik (Uuuser) on hrwiki and their connections with these accounts. We also suspect this is the work of a previous hrwiki LTA, user Lordluka99. User Lordluka is known for his open support of glocked hrwiki ex-admin Kubura, as well as creating numerous socks and disruptive behaviour, and his world-views reflect personal attack statements posted in hrwiki village pump by user Kaficrazgovor. Please verify and prevent this behaviour. Ivi104 (talk) 14:59, 27 March 2021 (UTC)

EDIT: I had to add another user to the request. It seems like another far-right SPA appeared and there is a chance that this account belongs to an LTA-user. --Koreanovsky (Ča–Kaj–Što?!) 16:14, 27 March 2021 (UTC)

I've merged these requests, and will update the results as I go through them. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 04:36, 29 March 2021 (UTC)

  • Inconclusive  Inconclusive Group 2 to anything else, due to proxy
  • Sorry for the mess in results, but there was a lot of users to process. @Martin Urbanec: who may have input here. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 04:36, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello AmandaNP, thank you very much for your time and the results. Is it possible to have those compared to these previous ones? Best regards, Koreanovsky (Ča–Kaj–Što?!) 11:23, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
Honestly, I don't think that would provide much information of help. I would only be able to give you Possible  Possible or less to them if I checked them. I would have seen them if they were on the same network. Hope this helps. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 16:32, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
