  Done No common IPs (but all users used open proxy), the user agent are similar, but not identical. In the same day all user have had different IPs and browser version. In all 3 cases the SO version is the same, but the SO is very large used…   Inconclusive but   Possible, IMHO analysis of edits is the only possible way. Account #2 has never been blocked, while somehow appealed for his "block" on its talk page with block ID of #1's (see w:zh:Special:Permalink/55168297、[7]). So I suspect they might share the same account, made a mistake and mixed both accounts up. Also, both accounts seem to belong to the same commercial company making COI edits, so there may be sleepers after #1's block. I previously ran this check, and found the results to be   Inconclusive from a technical standpoint. That doesn't mean that those accounts are different people, just that the zhwiki data doesn't give us anything useful to work with. – Ajraddatz (talk) 23:03, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
