What is TidyCal?

A tool to make scheduling the next meeting easier with calendar integrations, booking pages, and customization.

Trying to schedule a meeting can lead to the hassle of back-and-forth emailing to find a time that works. (“Next month is a no-go, too. Should we try for 3 p.m. CT after the next solar eclipse?”)
Also coordinating between time zones and tracking availability across personal and work calendars can be a challenge.
TidyCal is presented as an easier way to schedule meetings across calendars—without the mess.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we need a solution that was easy to use and that everybody in the organization could quickly get set up. We also needed something to sync with everything else that we use such as Microsoft office and also HubSpot. We were looking for something that was reasonably priced and also was featured rich. We found it with them and Mohr. I have not yet seen a Calendar solution that was so easy to use that yet packed with awesome features. We were very impressed.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Seamless integration
  • Task management
  • Customizable views
  • Automatic reminders

Cons

  • Need comparisons for multiple time zones

Return on Investment

  • It has saved us 100’s of dollars compared to other programs

Usability

My only regret is not trying it sooner!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I've been using TidyCal for a short time, but have already received rave reviews from some of my clients. It takes the hassle out of scheduling client meetings, coffee chats, and working sessions with my clients. I've even started recommending to my clients for their scheduling needs. My only regret so far is I wish I would've started using it sooner!

Pros

  • I can sync it with my Google Calendar, so no double bookings.
  • I can create several different types of meetings.
  • I can set my availability, so no meetings are scheduled when I need to be working on client work.
  • I can set a buffer between meetings.
  • I can set up 1:1 meetings or group meetings and even pick different locations.
  • It automatically fills in my Google Meet instructions for my clients.
  • It allows me to charge ahead for bookings.
  • Can't beat the price!

Cons

  • One of my clients wanted to set up membership subscriptions that can be billed through the app. As far as I can tell it doesn't have that capability yet.
  • It would be great if Square was one of the integrations.
  • Maybe being able to set travel time to in-person meetings by integration with Google Maps?

Return on Investment

  • It cut my Scheduling time by at least 50%.
  • It impresses my clients and saves them time.
  • It's the reason some of my clients end up hiring me.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm a life coach who uses TidyCal to schedule consultations, sessions, and introductory meetings. I appreciate the range of scheduling types I can create, as well as the ability to integrate Zoom and payments. I switched over to TidyCal from a competitor because I could do everything I needed for a much lower investment. I also love its simplicity. I can create what I need in a very short period of time and easily connect my scheduling page to my website, email signature, and social media pages. I've shared the tool with clients, and they love it, too.

Pros

  • The ability to create multiple booking types and personalize them
  • The integration of Zoom and payment types
  • The ability to create scheduling polls for group meetings

Cons

  • Integrations could be easier to find
  • I'd love to color-code my booking types
  • A video tutorial for new users and those who aren't tech-savvy would be helpful
