I loved the room & the beds and the quiet. Lots of options at the hotel, ie food & snacks & bar, but still quiet in the halls and in our room.

Excellent customer service at reception. Thanks to Rob and the front of house team. An excellent breakfast. Thanks to Amy and breakfast team. Very professional all round. I just booked an extra night's accommodation. It's all good! Very polite and courteous staff. They all do the duty manager proud. Excellent!

Check-in was very easy, chap who did check in was incredibly friendly and I had a great albeit short stay there

Staff were great ,hotel was really good will definitely stay there again as it's so convenient for the motorpoint arena.

They went the extra mile to make our anniversary special with decorations in the room. Beautiful pool area. Really good breakfast spread. Right in the heart of the city, but quiet.

Located in a very quiet street and just a stone-throw away from the Fortress Gate and the legendary statue of Robin Hood - this accommodation has itself some cultural and historic meaning. Its staff is very kind, even at late arrival or a hurried out departure.

Super cosy and comfortable room, it has an iron kettle and en-suite bathroom along with a sofa and tv with all the channels. It’s super close. To everything and there’s a Tesco on your doorstep! Roberto was so helpful on the day of arrival and the price we paid was an absolute bargain

The couple who run the inn were incredibly kind and welcoming — it truly felt like coming home. I had heavy luggage and was a bit worried as there’s no elevator, but they kindly helped me carry it upstairs. Each room has its own unique concept — I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a place where just entering the room was this much fun! I’d love to try a different one next time.
