Great location, interesting hotel Staff was phenomenal

Everything! This is the cutest hotel, the rooms were a reasonable size and the showers were nice and hot. The staff were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to help you. Location was good walking distance to the Basilica and the old town and markets.

The place is beautiful and has a very unique feel, and the rooftop offers an amazing view of Quito. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating; would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff and decor was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The room is a bit small but the bed and sheets were awesome. Clean and professional.

I loved the hostel staff (reception, kitchen, and housekeeping). They were always available to answer my questions. The location is a major plus, just a few minutes from Plaza Grande. The room is spacious and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hostel.

Casa Lucia is a gem. Apart from the charming nature of the hotel and the brilliant location and incredible breakfast, it was the staff who made the experience so wonderful . Everyone was lovely, welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic.

My wife and I live in Quito and we both love the historic center of the city and we visit regularly, even though we live just a few miles away. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. Everyone who works at the hotel does everything they can to ensure you will have the best stay possible. Miryan is the older Ecuadorian woman who checked us in and also saw us off on the day we left and she also served us breakfast on a couple of mornings. Karla is a young Ecuadorian woman who served us breakfast the other mornings and both of them could not have been nicer and more personable. Our breakfasts were delicious, consisting of freshly cut fruit, eggs, toast, fruit juice and good strong coffee. I especially appreciated there was plentiful hot water for our showers each morning. There was a big bottle of water available to fill up our water bottles each day and the hotel had a nice selection of wine to purchase that my wife and I appreciated because we were celebrating our Anniversary.

I was warmly welcomed by Hernan and was quickly settled in to the amazing accommodation. So good to be so close to the old town and have suggestions of things to do. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Close to markets, restaurants, historic sites and the Basilica.
