The hotel was extremely clean. The staff is very friendly. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket near to the hotel. The metro station is 5 min walking from the hotel.

The overall feel is really good and give you the freshness of air when you stepped into the lobby and the room. It is a 5 star feel for sure

Nice room, very comfortable. Breakfast was really awesome. Location is good if you want a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is near the train station where you can go anywhere you want.

I had a problem, the reservation staff were very friendly, tried to make me feel better. They recommended that I write to the support team. Then I wrote to the support team, they responded very promptly and solved my problem.

The staff were friendly and approachable. Clean and friendly environment. We were able to check in early and check out late which was very helpful. Edward who help with the luggage was very friendly and also VInesh from the restaurant. All the reception staff were really friendly.
